{Chapter 21}

*The Big Day*

Marylin stood shaking as she waits to walk down the Isle. She tired to keep her hands still but couldn't. She just wouldn't stop, "I feel sick." she said to her dad running to the bathroom and being sick. "Come on don't let your nerves get to you. Your getting married." Tom smiled. "I know. Let's do this." she smiled. Tom held out his arm which Marylin smiled taking it and walking to the big brown doors that behind lies her future.

She takes in deep breath rubbing her swollen, 6 mouth bump. "Ready?" Her dad asked. She nodded, "more then I'll ever be." When the doors opened she looked up to see a smiling Chris next to him stood the avengers cast. She smiled as he and her dad reached the top and Tom handed her over to Chris.

"You may kiss the bride." the priest smiled. Chris lent down and softly kissed her as everyone began to clap. When he pulled away they both smiled taking hold of each other's hand and going out into the hall. They both stood thanking people for coming as well as handing them drinks, "Congratulations!" She heard a familiar female voice say. It was Amelia.

"Thank you." Marylin in braced her in a hug. "I love your dress." Amelia smiled. "And I love yours." "So how long are you now?" "6 mouths." "Wow. I can't wait to meet her." she placed her hand on her stomach before going into the dinning hall.

When they thank the last people, Tom and Maria they went inside and sat at the long table for family.

"Thank you again so much for coming" Chris stood tapping His glass. "I wanted to make a speech first to my beautiful bride, Mrs Marylin Evans" he looked down to see her blushing, "You have been so amazing we haven't known eachother for long but now look. From the first day I knew she wss the one for me."

"Actually I recall you saying you couldn't love me or you'll break my heart" Marylin interrupted.

"I did but I didn't did I? I could never look at a woman in the same way and that's how it's going to stay. Also I can't believe we're gonna become parents either. To a beautiful baby girl."

Everyone started to applauded.

"6 mouths, 3 mouths to go. I'm so happy to be having a little family. All my life I thought I would die of loneliness but now I'm gonna die with love. Thank you Marylin for being so amazing" he lent down and kissed her softly, "To Mrs Marylin Evans" he raised his glass.

"To Marylin!" Everyone said in the room.

"To Chris" Marylin smiled, "I remember the first day i met you it was at The Avengers 2 meeting. How I was so scared to met you aswell as being in a room full of amazing actors and actresses. I'm glad now I did go with my dad and agreed to be in the film otherwise I wouldn't of met you" she smiled, "I love you."

Chris started to tear up, "I love you too."

She lent up to kiss him. After a couple of speaches it was Tom's turn. Marylin sat almost in tears and she knew her dads will be the one that sets her off.

"Marylin, my beautiful daughter. I am so proud of you. I remember the first time you fell in love you were in nursery. The boy who you would always play in the sand pit with you. If you fell over he would pick you up and brush of yout knees. He would share his toys and food with you not anyoje else only you. Every time at home time he would kiss your cheek and hug you. Then the next one in the infants school, you would run around play in imaginary games with. In a world of your own. Not a care in the world. Then you had a crush on this one boy in big school, as you called it. When you asked him out he said about being single for aslong as he could remember. Then when he left you found out he went out with a girl who you were good friends with and now we're here. You and Chris I think this has be the best relastionship you had. I know If your mum was here she would be proud."

That's when all the tears Marylin tried keeping back came out.

"She would be standing next to me making a speach too. She would of been with you though all your relationship giving you advise. Telling you about how she met me and all the things we did. I really do wish she was here" he said with tears running down his cheeks. She got up and hugged him.

"I'm so proud of you" Tom wiped her tears.

"I'm proud of you" she smiled wiping his tears.

"I wish you both the best" Tom raised his glass.

"Thank you" both Marylin and Chris smiled.

After the speaches and food it was time for the bride and grooms first dance, "I can't dance" Marylin said as Chris took hold of her hand taking her onto the dance floor.

"Neither can I" he laughed.

She smiled placing her hand on his shoulder and held his hand with the other one. Chris placed his hand on her waist and started to sway, "See that's not to bad" he smiled.

"I love you Chris" she said resting her head on his shoulder.

"I love you more, Mrs Evans."

"Your not gonna stop saying that are you?" She laughed.

"Nope, Mrs Marylin Evans."

"They're so cute together" Maria smiled as she watched them dance.

"Maybe one day that can be us" Tom held her by her waist.

"I hope so" she smiled leaning up kissing him.

After the bride and grooms first dance Tom wanted to dance with Marylin. She was tied but determined to dance, "the baby keeps kicking me" she laughed.

"Really?" Tom smiled pulling away and placed his hand on her stomach, "wow. I think she senses her grandad."

"Haha she was doing the same when me and Chris was dancing" Marylin laughed.

"I think she doesn't like your dancing" Tom whispered.

"Hey" she hit him playfully, "she must feel sea sick from all this swaying."

"Come lets sit you down."

"No wait til the song finishes."

"Alright. Let's sway a little but less then" Tom suggested.

When song finished Marylin went to sit while she watched the others dance. "Congratulations" she heard a familiar voice say. It was Katy.

"Thank you and thanks for coming"  Marylin got up imbracing her in a hug.

"I wouldn't miss you big day. look I expect after this baby comes out you better be back at work" she joked.

"Haha I'll try." Marylin laughed.

"Take as long as you want. Her dad is a busy man too" Katy smiled before walking off to dance.
