" Let me help you. " Todoroki said. My head whipped over to him.

" No, no you don't have to.. You can't. I can't be fixed. Nothing can fix me. " I said.

" Listen. This is going to be kept between you and I, but I can't stand knowing that you cut yourself. Someone I thought was so strong, someone that I looked up to did this to themselves and insists they can't help it, then denies help. " Todoroki said.

" You.. Look up to me? " I said, kind of shocked. If anything, I thought I was the one looking up to him.

" Why wouldn't I? Your strong and you seemed to keep your composure. I know a lot of people who would have just gave up when thrown a challenge. You never did. " Todoroki said.

" Oh.. I see.. I guess I'll try to let you help me, but just.. Just tell me if I'm to much, okay? You already have enough stress with school and training. " I said. He thought for a second.

" Alright. I won't bite off more than I can chew, and I'll take it slow, but I won't give up on you, I'll tell you that. " Todoroki said. I smiled.

" Okay. I'm going to my room. I will see you tomorrow. Lets work together if we can, alright? Even Deku said we work well together. " I said, getting up.

" Alright. Remove anything you can harm yourself from your room. " Todoroki said. I laughed, nodding at his serious tone.

" Bye. " I said and walked towards the door, my hand on the door knob.

" Bye. " He said. I smiled, opening the door and closing it behind me. A stupid smile was plastered across my face.

" What are you doing with your face? " I heard a voice say from behind me. I jumped and kicked the person's legs, causing them to fall. I looked down to see an angry Bakugo, eating the floor.

" What was that for?! " He yelled. I shrugged then ran off into my room, shutting the door. I could hear him yelling and cursing. I waited until his yells grew quieter and eventually stopped, the only thing being heard was his footsteps growing fainter and fainter.

I had a slowly opened the drawer that held a small pocket knife. I grabbed it, flipping it over in my hand and examining it. It was simply a camo knife, but it flipped open really fast. It was satisfying to hear it open, and the sound of the water against the sharp blade as blood.. My blood. Goes down the drain.

I shook my head, putting it in my pocket. It was against the rules to have any weapon on school property, yet I still brought it. I slowly opened my door, looking both ways to make sure no one was there, which no one was. I walked over to Todoroki's room, knocking on the door.

I could hear him groan from the other side, swinging the door open.

" What do you need? " He asked rather roughly, but his eyes softened when he saw me.

" I need to dispose of my knife and I don't want to look suspicious so if anyone asks can we just say we are going on a walk? " I asked quickly, looking to the side.

" Ok then. " He said leaving the door open as he walked back into his room and rummaged through his closet for a few seconds then pulling out a light blue hoodie and pulling it over his head.

" Let's go. " He said, slipping past me and closing the door, making sure to lock it.

" Thank you. " I said, walking at his side. He just nodded.

" You would seem suspicious. People here actually think you work for villains. " Todoroki finally said, his face blank as he stared ahead.

" What? " I hissed as we walked out of the building.

" I was kidding, though I heard Momo talking about you once or twice. " He said. I rolled my eyes.

" Of course. She has never liked me. That overly confident little snake.. " I mumbled the last part, but Todoroki still heard it.

" Wow. At the beginning of the year I thought you two would get along. " He said as we entered an alleyway.

" How? It was obvious my personality would clash with hers to much. " I said, tossing the knife into a trashcan. I turned to Todoroki, who shrugged.

" I didn't know much about you back then. I mean, don't get me wrong. I still don't know you that much but I do know more than I did." He said.

" Who knew someone so strong could be so wrong. " I said, slapping my hand over my mouth as my face turned red.

" Oh my god.. That sounded so stupid.. " I said, now covering my face with both hands.

" Are you okay? " He asked. I lifted my still red face from my hand to look at him.

" I'm never okay anymore. " I said rather suddenly, walking past him. He jogged after me, his hair bouncing with every movement. My eyes widened as I saw a bush rustle slightly. I put my arm out, which Todoroki bumped right into.

He looked over at the now still bush. I slowly approached the bush, pushing a small area of the bush open and looking inside. I gasped as I saw a small kitten. The most disturbing thing was that some patches of fur were missing and it's ribs and bones protruded out. I gently picked it up.

I pulled it out of the bush, hugging it to my chest.

" It's so cuuuuteee! " I said, stroking its light grey fur. It purred softly, causing me to smile.

Todoroki looked at it and put his hand out for it to smell. It sniffed then licked his hand.

" Todorokiiiiii.. " I said, giving him the puppy dog eyes.

" No. " He said bluntly, rubbing behind the kittens ears.

" Fine, then can we take it to a shelter? " I asked. Todoroki sighed.

" I guess. " He said, running a hand through his hair.

" Thank you! " I said happily as I cuddled the kitten to my chest. It purred even louder than before.

" Let's go! " I said, dragging Todoroki off to the nearest shelter.

I burst through the shelter doors. Some employees looked at me, then down at the kitten, then at Todoroki, then back at me.

" Hello! We found this kitten in the bushes just about 30 minutes ago. Him and I live in dorms where pets aren't allowed, and we couldn't keep him, so I was wondering if y'all could take this little guy? " I said, and one of the guys at the desks nodded.

" Thank you for taking him here. We will be sure to take care of him then find him a good home. Just give him to me. " The employee said with a warm smile. I pet the kitten until me and Todoroki got to the desk. I set him into the man's arms.

" Bye, little guy! " I said, turning around straight into Todoroki. I practically got a face full of his hoodie. At least it was really soft..

" Oof! " I said as I fell backwards. He grabbed my wrist, pulling me back up.

" You sure are clumsy out of battle. " He said. I straightened myself up and he let go of my wrist.

" Says the one who ran right into my arm! " I shot back. He just shrugged.

" You are the one who did it so suddenly. I didn't expect you to be all like.. " Todoroki said, sticking his left arm out quickly and dramatically.

" Your mean. " I said, not really meaning it. He was probably the sweetest person I have ever known other than Deku.

" Am I? " He asked genuinely, running ahead and opening the door, holding it open.
