seungmin relaxed his body against the covers of his bed, letting his body go limp and his mind go blank, contently sighing at the silky feeling of the bed. he fluttered his eyes opened and looked at the white ceiling, taking in slow and steady breathes.
he has been on the same plane for at least fourteen hours straight and his body felt sore, ached with pain for sitting in the same place. he was so relieved to have finally gotten to the hotel and taken a shower.
the hotel room they rented was also one of the best hotels they had visited by far, three rooms for each of them and a single small living room. it didn't had a kitchen like most hotels offered because there was the cafeteria on the first floor and by what most reviews said, the food was the best thing about their entire stay.
woojin and jeongin had arrived half an hour earlier than seungmin, as expected, and sent an invitation to seungmin to join them down at the cafeteria but the redhead declined and wanted proper rest before he did anything else. his body wasn't ready to do anything else but sleep.
his phone started buzzing from the bed table, and he grunted as he forced himself to roll over to the other side of the bed and retrieve it with an upset pout on his lips. the ID caller read 'felix' and the boy clicked his tongue, debating if it was worth answering the boy.
muttering a small curse after the phone continued to buzz, he answered reluctantly. "what do you want, yongbok?."
"seungmin, it's felix. only felix." the boy sounded almost annoyed and seungmin felt as if he accomplished something. "how was the flight?."
"horrible." the redhead groaned, falling on his back and closing his eyes. "almost fifteen or fourteen hours sitting beside an old lady who constantly pestered me questions to which some were personal and made me super uncomfortable. the food was horrible as well! ugh."
"did you ate the chicken they serve?."
"they serve chicken?." seungmin hummed out of question and ran his left hand over his wet hair. "I should've asked."
"yeah, you should've. their chicken is the best... well, according to my one experience when I flew to korea." felix recalled, "anyways, changbin said to tell woojin hyung to call chan. he's sad because he left without a goodbye. He keeps whining about it too and we forced him to eat the soup woojin hyung told us to make him."
after felix said the last word, a loud cough was heard from the other end, and not a moment later, a high pitched whine. seungmin felt like giggling, amused at how his hyung sounded like when he was sick. "okay. hey, felix?."
felix hummed, urging the other to continue.
"I need to go. I'm dead tired but I promise to call you once I wake up." seungmin yawned, turning to lay on his side and sinking against the silky covers. "I'm really really tired..."
felix hummed once again, softer and seungmin could particularly hear the smile he had as he spoke with a quiet voice. "alright, minnie. take care and tell woojin hyung to call whenever he can. night."
seungmin mumbled a faint 'night' not even bothering to end the call, forgetting about his phone in his hand the moment the other end disconnected and let the device slip from his grasp, falling down until it was tucked right next to him, in between his arms.
