hyunjin shifted in his seat, brows narrowing when he felt a slight disturbance in his right arm. he woke up from his sleepy state, fluttering his eyelids open and looking at his side where jisung drooled all over his hand. he morphed a face of disgust, pulling his arm away from the sleeping blonde who wasn’t snoring —his first time in months— and silently cringed when he saw the saliva of the other’s.

he wiped his hand against his friend's sleeve, looking around the quiet, dark cabin, his eyes adjusting to the lack of light around him. the only sources of light came from the end of the isle, where he supposed the flying attendants were chatting and from two aisles to his left. he was surprised to see someone awake, having the reading light on as the stranger flipped through the pages of their book.

hyunjin swallowed dryly and made a move to stand, stumbling forward as he felt dizzy, probably from sitting down for too long. he cursed under his breath when the dizziness got bigger, muttering how he never liked taking long flights.

“are you okay?.”

hyunjin eyes widen and when he turned around to face the direction the voice came from, he met the eyes of the red head, the boy from the hotel. after a few seconds, the other boy seemed to realize who he was, the concern in his eyes fading and being replaced with irritation. still, he looked at hyunjin.

the ravenette muttered a ‘I'm fine’ in a raspy voice, then cleared his throat and repeated his words in a louder tone. “im fine. just dizzy.”

the red head hummed, sinking back against his seat and focusing back on his reading, and everything resumed to be quiet. the only sound being the soft chatter of the flight attendants, some constant snoring from a passenger and the soft rumble of the plane's engine.

hyunjin stood in the same position for a while longer, trying to calm his spinning head, holding onto the seat in front of him for dear life, hoping it would help steady his mind. it did little help but he was sure that if he let go, he would drop to the floor.

“tell one of the flight attendants to bring you water.” the boy spoke up. hyunjin looked back at him but the red head hasn't lifted his head up to return the gaze. “not a fan of flying?.”

hyunjin didn't realize he was asked a question only after it was ten seconds too late, his response coming all jumbled up and quick. “uh— no, i actually do like flying! It's— just, I sat for almost eight hours already and I stood up too fast.” the other seemed to have heard everything that left hyunjin's mouth completely, nodding his head a bit and letting out another smooth hum. then he kept quiet.

hyunjin wasn't sure if he felt disappointed that the boy didn't responded or glad he didn't, afraid that he would say something embarrassing or just plain stupid. most of the times, he scared people off by talking too much, mouth always letting random things out that made no sense even to himself. It was a miracle he still had two friends.

he made his way down the aisle, passing by many passengers that slept or had headphones in while they listened to music. he made it to the bathroom without falling, checking the sign to see if it was occupied before entering and shutting the door behind him, sighing loudly.

the dizziness hadn't left, and his movements only made things worse. he felt very light headed, almost sick like. he washed his hands briskly as he tried to shift his concentration away from the spinning of his mind, thinking about the stranger. only when he thought about the other did he realized, the boy was in the same flight as him.

going to paris, just like him. it's almost funny to him and would've made him laugh if it wasn't about the small suspicion that popped up in his mind. was he being stalked? he had met a lot of people who were obsessed with him but never had he imagined someone would pay flights to stalk him this bad. and knowing it was a cute boy made hyunjin giggle and the idea of being stalk became a little less awful.

if the boy was following him around, did that meant he knew which hotel he was going to stay in? he knew that the other stayed at the same place as him in florida but could it be possible that he knew where he was staying in london? if he did, that would mean he is going to see him more often. which was a decent thing, of course.

hyunjin left the bathroom quietly, walking back into the cabin and stumbling forward slightly when he made his way back to where jisung hunched over the armrest and in his seat. he grunted softly as he pushed his friend over, making room for himself and sitting down with a huff.

“here.”

hyunjin didn't noticed the boy was standing beside him, holding a cup of water with a slight frown on his face. he stared up at him tentatively before reaching his arm up to accept the small plastic cup.

“I used to get dizzy a lot during flights and i guess water helped a lot.” the boy spoke, watching hyunjin drink the water in small gulps. “it only gets worse if you don't attend to it.”

“t-thanks.” hyunjin coughed, passing the cup to the other as soon as he was finished. “thank you.”

hyunjin's stalker gave him a meek smile before muttering a you're welcome and walked off with the cup in hand to throw it away. hyunjin blushed as the other disappeared and appeared back into the cabin after throwing the cup away, then sat back in his seat, not once looking at hyunjin who was obviously of his staring. he picked up his book from where he left it and resumed to read, nonchalantly.

hyunjin couldn't wait to tell jisung about his second encounter with the stranger and his thoughts about his possible stalker. He would most likely get a laugh in return but he didn't want to keep his ideas to himself, it was most likely true anyway.
