" Guys, where the actual fuck are we? " was the first thing that left KatherinaValentine's mouth as she shot up in the bed. She instantly knew something was off. She could feel it with the odd, cold, stiffening and very different sort of magic tension that filled the room she was in. It was so unlike her own sort of magic and just felt overwhelming powerful and almost bittersweet in weird way. Kady quickly glanced around the room, she was very unfamiliar with the setting around them. It didn't look like any sort of places that she normally would wake up to when she had blackouts; there were distinct locations for each of her alters; Julia's was the park, Alice's was library, Margo's was the gym or bar depending on her mood, Quinn's was their little place deep in woods that they go to meditate or the beach, Eliot's was usually any gay bar that was close by or spa for some odd reason, and Penny's was their apartments skyline. But this location was none of those. Kady bite her lower lip anxiously as she and all her alters considered where they could be. It was possible that she was getting new alter and they had taken control without her knowledge, but Kady found this rather unlikely as there would have been more signs then just the missing time. She looked down at herself. She was covered with dull grey blankets, and was laying on a plain white bed. The room itself was rather plain; just consisting of egg shell white walls and floors, a bed side coffee table, and a large and empty dresser on far side of the room; the boringly normal essentials. The room itself looked like sort plain and dull room you would see in some sort military , hospital, or just anything run by the government sort of facility.
Kady slowly and hesitantly tore the blankets of herself and fully sat up in the bed. She instantly hissed in pain as her body was filled with unbearable pain and discomfort. She had to grip the white covers with sick vengeance in order to prevent her from screaming out. She then felt dizzy as her alters went into a panicked frenzy, especially Julia and Margo. It was almost cute at how genuinely worried they were, but their fighting was unneeded.
" Oh god, oh god, guys, she hurt." Julia panicked.
" No, shit Sherlock." Came the admit growl of Penny.
" Penny, be nice to Julia." Instantly followed from Quinn.
" Guys, shut the hell up and figure out why." Hissed Alice annoyedly.
" Trying." Replied Margo Sassily .
" I'm surrounded by idiots." Muttered Eliot.
Kady shook her head at her alters messy conversation. She reached down to the helm of black tank top she was wearing before slowly lifting it up. Her whole lower waist to up near her breast were covered in light tan medical bandages. There was faint tint of blood on them and it made her cringe uncomfortably. She hissed as she did so. It was like the more she woke up, the more aware she became of the overwhelming pain. She couldn't shake the feeling of weak, sore, and abused nerves. The feeling she normally got when she used to much magic and passed out for days on ended due to exhaustion. Kady delicately ran her hand down the bandages and grimaced. What the hell happened to her?
" Guys," Julia panicked again as she saw the bandages. The caretaker alter had tendencies of freaking out when Kady got injured, even if it was minor.
" We know Julia. Will figure this out. But first maybe breather." Said Quinn.
" Agreed and Kady for god sakes be careful your obviously injured and in a unknown element. Maybe I should take control? What if we been kidnaped?" Questioned Margo seriously.
" Kidnapped" Julia voice raised an octave as become more panicked and anxious.
" Margo not helping." Snapped Penny.
" But it possible." Retorted Margo.
" Or maybe not." Said Quinn.
" Oh maybe we been sent back to crazy house." Stated Eliot.
" None of you are helping." Snapped Alice flatly.
Kady mustered up all the energy she had before slowly, but surely, pushing herself out of the bed and stumbling towards the door. As she reached the door, they opened by themselves and reveled a long dark hallway. It was oddly a sort chilling and unnerving sit for some reason. Kady stumbled down the hallway. The set up of the hallway seemed modernize enough and guessing by the art on the wall wherever she was it was expensive place. She was doubting it was government run now as no hospital or base would have what looked to be a expensive, personally made classic Captain America comic art piece, by Roy Lichtenstein. Kady kept passing art pieces tell she found a long winding staircase.
Kady walked down the stairs, she still felt the sharp pains with every step she took. Though, Kady kept moving down the staircase. Kady made her way down the sliver staircase tell she ended up at what looked to be the kitchen. She could instantly smell fresh tea being brewed and the crisp scent of cotton candy perfume. As she got to bottom of stairs she could see a female with strawberry blonde hair and wearing a formal white bottom up with a black pencil skirt and another female with vibrant red hair wearing a black tank top , leather jacket and leather pants.
" Okay, she's hot." Admitted Margo
" I second that." Said Eliot.
"Where am I?" growled out, Kady in utter confusion, but she had bigger much more important questions like, who they were? Why doesn't she remember anything? But Kady knew she shouldn't admittedly question who they were or their motives. Kady then felt the pain in her leg worsen and she felt her legs began to shake not able to hold her weight. Right as she was about to fall she felt someone grabbed her waist. She turned to see who caught her. A brunette girl smiled reassuringly at her as Kady looked up at her.
" I got you Kady." She said as she helped her over to the kitchen chairs. She frowned. Who hell where these people? And how did they knew who she was? Well, who she currently was that is.
