He sighs, and looks down. "I just want to get her back, forever, but she keeps breaking up with me."

I nod. "I get it,"

Now I really feel bad for him.. I didn't realize how much he liked her.

I also didn't realize how much I liked her either..

~Johnny's POV~

I messed up, I caught feelings for my best friends crush/ex/girlfriend..

Which ever one it is, I still messed up, big time.

I just can't help but wonder whether or not Madison likes me too.. what if she liked me the whole time and used Carson as an excuse to get closer to me?

What if she's using me to fix her mistake of breaking up with Carson? What if she-

Stop it Johnny. She would never do any of those things, I'm sure of it.

Well, I hope she wouldn't.. I don't think she would, but you never know.

I just need to stop over thinking every thing. I think I might have a problem with over thinking, if that's a real common thing.

I think it is, I don't know. Maybe it's just-

AGAIN, I need to stop! I just shake it off, and Carson saves me from over thinking about over thinking.

Geez, I actually might have a problem..

"Why does she keep breaking up with me, Johnny?" Carson asks me.

I look at him and think for a second. Maybe it's because she like me, but of course, I'm not gonna tell him that.

"I don't know," I lie. "I mean, you're obviously a great guy and all, and you should probably ask Madison that question, not me."

"Why can't I ask you? You seem to always have some kind of advice," He says.

Carson was actually right about that, I'm usually the one with all of the advice.

I sigh, and decide not to give in and risk the chance of me exposing everything.

"Okay, look, I don't know how Madison feels, so that question really isn't something I can answer," I tell him.

He just seemed to stop trying and sink into the couch.

"Fine.." He gives up.

I nod in relief and also sink into the couch. "I'm sure it's not anything bad, like you didn't treat her right or something.."

I tried to reassure him, but it didn't work that much.

"Whatever," Carson sighed, and sunk lower into the couch.

"I'm serious,"

"Then why would she get mad at me and break up with me, hm? There must be something I'm obviously doing wrong!" He says, his voice getting louder.

"Dude, chill out," I sit up.

"Chill out?" He also sat up. "I love her, you can't expect me to chill out right now!"

~Madison's POV~

I could hear everything from inside Laurens room. I felt so guilty, my eyes started watering.

There was still no way I could go back after ruining it for the 80th time.

Lauren and I just looked at each other. "Listen, if you keep your mouth shut and don't tell anyone.. then I can explain,"

She nods, agreeing to my terms and leaning in.

I start whispering to her, everything that happened.

The part to where Johnny was staring and asked to hang out, to the part where I was Mallory and not allowed out of her room.

"Wait, so.." She starts, trying to comprehend everything I just told her. "You and Johnny.. kissed?"

I sigh. "Yeah.."

"How did it feel?" She asked.

"Like when Carson kissed me," I admit.

"Of course it just had to," She rolled her eyes.

"Well, choose your pick, and don't mess it up. Once you choose, you either ruin it and don't go back, or keep it but also never go back,"

"I can't just choose," I say.

"Yes you can, now choose your pick," She says.

"It's so sudden, at least let me sleep on it,"

"Fine," She slumps her shoulders in defeat. "But, remember to think about it. I don't want you to mess up and get caught, it's just gonna create more drama,"

"I know, especially between Kenzie and I.." I sighed.

"You'll be fine, I thought Kenzie was your ride or die," She says.

"Yeah, I thought she was until she slapped me because she was over thinking,"

"Listen, we'll just deal with all of this tomorrow."

"Okay.. but I feel so guilty,"

"Why?" Lauren questioned.

"Because," I say. "I made him think that he wasn't good enough or something.."

"Well, once you choose, stop leading the other one on to avoid anymore drama and tension with anybody,"

"How, though?" I asked her.

"Once you've made your decision, call it off with the other person," She informs me.

"Why are you so good at these things?"

She shrugged. "I don't know, but trust me, I'm probably right,"

"I trust your advice," I tell her.

"Good choice," She smiled. "Just make sure you make another good choice when you take your pick,"

"I don't know.." I sigh. "I feel like I'm just playing them, and just picking one by random without knowing how it's gonna go.."

"It's fine, you're gonna feel guilty, but it's your life. You get to choose with who you wanna be with," She says.

"How wise," I joke, deciding to lighten the mood and change the subject.

"Call me Dumbledore," She jokes back.

We both laugh, and then I grab a chip out of the bowl.

"Man, I love hanging out with you," I say.

"I know, I'm pretty enjoyable," She says, looking over at me to find my reaction.

I look back at her, then we both start laughing.

I love this girl, that I am sure of.

But I'm not sure if I love Johnny or Carson yet..
