Lauren POV
«Gracie!! Come here baby" I said in a baby voice. She came running towards me. Oh my god she's so cute. The front door opened and closed and soon my girl's voice filled the room "babies I'm home" y/n yelled. Gracie started running in that direction she then started barking. I laugh a little while waking towards them. The sight I saw was the cutest thing ever. Y/n on her knees while Gracie jumped up and down on and licking her face. "Hi baby" y/n said and kissed Gracie on her head. "Where's my welcome?" I ask and stood with my arms crossed and I raised my eyebrows. Y/n let Gracie carefully down and stood up. She walked towards me "your welcome is right here queen" y/n said and kissed me. I wrapped my arms around her waist and she had her arms around my neck. Eventually we had to pull away due to oxygen. I leaned my forehead against hers. We looked at each other and smiled.
Gracie's barks interrupted our moment. I groaned while y/n laughed. "Wanna play Gracie?" Y/n yelled in excitement and ran towards the toys. Gracie barked in response and ran after y/n. I guess I'll start with dinner. Laughs and barks were heard while i made dinner. I laughed to myself, I am so happy with y/n and the fact that we have Gracie makes us a family. I was stirring the pan when I felt arms wrap around my waist from behind. I instantly knew it way y/n so I leaned against her. "Aye mama you got a nice ass" she said into my ear, "babe!" I said laughing and she soon joined me. "What are you making love?" She asked after we calmed down. Smiling at her nickname I turned my head to look at her. She looked at me and I gave her a quick peck. "I'm making chicken with rice and soya sauce" I say while focusing on the chicken that I have in the pan. "Mmm sounds good baby" y/n said and started kissing my neck. Shit. I dropped everything I had in my hands. I could feel her smirking against my skin. She pulled away and rested her head on my shoulder. "Where's Gracie?" I ask and started boiling the rice. "Taking a nap in her bed" y/n said and kissed my cheek. She pulled away and sat on top of the counter. I instantly missed her touch. "Babe come back" I whined, she laughed but she was soon holding me again. Life is so perfect right now.
