Lauren POV
I woke up and reached over to hold y/n but I felt nothing. I sat up, turned on the light and saw that she wasn't home. 'she's not home yet?' I thought and looked at my phone to check the time, 1 am 'where the fuck is she' she didn't even text me. I got out of bed and walk downstairs to grab something to drink from the kitchen. As I was drinking my glass of water, I heard the door open and silently closing. I saw y/n tiptoeing and just as she reached the staircase, I slammed my glass down. Y/n quickly turned around to the sound and made eye contact with me. When we had eye contact I noticed that she had a busted lip, black eye, and she was bleeding on her cheek. I gasped and stormed over to her. "Lauren I can explain" she said while I came towards her, I held her face in my hands "what happened? Who did this to you?" I said slowly starting to get angry. "It's nothing babe, don't worry" she said pulling away and walked to the fridge. I turn around, "it's not nothing y/n, your face is beaten up and you're home at 1am." I walk closer to her "what happened" I said now letting my anger come out. Y/n sighed, "I just got into a fight that's all" she said and turned around facing me. "Why baby" I pouted and wrapped my arms around her waist. Y/n looked down, "hey look at me" I say while using my hand to push her head slightly up so we can have eye contact. "Some asshole talked bad about you" she said, "wait so you got into a fight because of me?" I asked, "well you didn't hear what he said Lo, it was so fucking disrespectful and gross" y/n said and held my face "you fought for me" I say slightly smiling, "of course babe, no one can talk bad about my queen and get away with it" she said while  looking at me with so much love in her eyes and rubbing my cheeks. I groaned, "what what's wrong?" She asked looking for any signs of pain, "I wanna kiss you so badly right now" I said and pulled her closer, "but I can't because of your busted lip, which reminds me let's get you cleaned up" I say grabbing her hand and turned around, but y/n suddenly yanked my hand back causing me to turn around, "wha-" I didn't get to finish since y/n connected our lips. I began to kiss back, holding around her waist while she had hers around my neck. I bit down on her lip completely forgetting about her busted lip. Y/n flinched and pulled away, "babe" she groaned, "fuck, I'm so sorry baby I completely forgot I didn't mean to- it's okay baby" y/n laughed interrupting me. I pulled her closer, lifted her bridal style and walked upstairs towards the bathroom. "Babe I can walk" y/n laughed, "nah not right now" I said and walked towards the door, I tried to open the door while holding y/n but it was hard. "Just let me down" y/n said and I shook my head causing y/n to laugh again. I finally opened the door and put her on the counter.

I got the first aid kit and walked towards her, y/n opened her legs so I could stand in between them. Y/n wrapped her legs around my waist, pulling me closer. She held my hips while I cleaned her face, "this is gonna hurt okay" I say and y/n nods preparing for it, I poured some of the liquid on a cotton napkin before pressing it on one of her cuts. Y/n flinched away from my hand, "mi amor, we have to do this" I say kissing her forehead, she nodded so I continued. After a few minutes her face was all cleaned and her cuts were covered up by a bandaid. Her busted lip didn't bleed anymore so that's a plus. I grabbed her face, "don't get into a fight again okay?" I say and she nods, "but you should've seen how messed up the dude I fought was" she smirked, I laughed and kissed her quickly but softly. She hopped down from the counter and we walked to the bed. I got in and waited for y/n to change into her pajamas. Y/n changed and got underneath the covers, I grabbed her and pulled her into me. Y/n rested her head on my chest and had her leg over my waist. I had my arms wrapped protectively around her waist. I kissed her head, "goodnight babygirl" I said, "goodnight queen" y/n said back and soon we both fell asleep.
