     Prom is three hours away, we got ready early since the boys insisted on taking us to dinner. Piper, Thalia, and I are busy at work in my crowded bathroom.  Percy bought Thalia and Luke some guest passes so they wouldn't miss out on the fun.  Piper is wearing a light pink, satin, ankle length dress with half inch thick straps that loop around her neck, her back bare all the way down to the bottom of her hips, with same colored stilettos.  Her makeup is done up like a pink spring flower.  While Thalia looks more like a gothic princess, layers upon layers of black lace that flow short in the front and long in the back, she has a corset that's tied up tight in the back, with sleeves against her shoulders and chunky, black high heel boots.

     Her makeup looks natural with a light brown eyeshadow, thin black liner, and light pink lips.  I look in the mirror at my dress, makeup, and hair.  My dress looks like the night sky, it's got a strapless heart neckline with tiny diamonds and glitter peppered everywhere, a puffy long skirt that goes to my ankles and black strappy stilettos.  My hair is in an updo with diamond pins embedded in it and droplet diamond earrings.  My makeup has winged black eyeliner with light pink shimmer eyeshadow and black mascara, with light pink lipstick and gloss.  What do girls call it..we all look Instagram perfect?  Just then the doorbell rings as I apply a little blush.

"Ready?" I ask them.

"Yea, tonight is going to be fun," Piper smiles as she puts on her earrings.  Thalia just nods with a small half smile.  She seems kind of down, hopefully we can cheer her up tonight.  We all head toward the sound coming from the door.  When I open it, the boy's eyes go wide as they all look at their partners.  Leo has a proud brotherly smile.  Percy gasps as he lays his eyes on me.  Luke whistles.

"You ladies look gorgeous," Jason says.  He then takes Piper in his arms in a warm embrace.  "And you look stunning, my princess," they giggle at a private joke they must have. 

"Hey, you okay?" I hear Luke whisper to Thalia.  She nods, giving him a tight hug, laying her head down on his chest.  "You look amazing," he smiles down at her.  Percy slowly approaches me, his fingers to his mouth as if to say dammmmmn! 

"You-look-incredible," he pulls me in by the waist. 

"Are you saying I don't look this good all the time?" I tease. 

"No no, I'm just saying...you're like two different colors of blue, I love them both, but they're both different, your everyday look compared to this," he gestures to my dress.

"I was only teasing," I smile.  "But that was beautiful," I kiss him on the cheek.  "Come on, let's get some dinner," I grab my purse and Percy's hand as we walk out the door.

     After a dinner of hanging out and laughing, Percy pulls me aside as everyone gets into his car that can only fit six people. So Leo has to sit on Jason's lap, which is actually pretty funny to look at.

"What's up?" I ask with a small smile.

"Nothing, I just need a little dessert," Percy smirks before molding his lips to mine.
