AIDEN POV

Katia has been avoiding me. It isn't even a question, I just know. Ever since we kissed she hasn't talked to me or made eye contact.

I still remember the was her lips felt against mine. They were soft and gentle against mine. Her lips again mine felt like home.

I probably sound like a pussy right now talking about my feelings. Dammit I do sound gay.

I sighed and decided that I would corner before lunch. In 20 minutes I would finally tell her how u feel, and I would find out how she feels too.

Katia.

Just her name makes me smile.

*Flashback to the kiss*

Her lips fit perfectly in mine. They were like home, like they belonged, like they final found a place to settle after a long journey.

Our lips moved in sync against each other, and they felt better together than I ever thought.

But like they say, all good things must come to an end.

There was a knock on the door and that was enough to get us at least 5 feet away from each other.

"yes? " Katia asked fixing her hair and sounding a bit breathless.

I couldn't keep the grin off my face when I realized I made her act that way.

"Can we come back in?" a voice I recognized as Jessie's asked.

*End of flashback*

That was the last time me a Katia talked.

A week ago.

Seven freaking days!

Man, usually when I kiss girls they come back for more, not stop talking to me.

When the bell rang I sprang out of my seat to look for her. I must have been looking for long because next the halls are now emptied.

As I was about to round the corner I heard 2 hushed voices. Familiar voices.

"so it's a date?" a girl's voice asked.

"yup" the other voice answered, which apparently was a guy.

"okay so Friday?"

"yup, and thanks" the guy answered

"okay welcome but I have to go"the girl said

I looked around the corner and my chest tightened at who I saw.

Katia and Carson.

The I realized what they said.

They are going on a date.

Friday.

I felt a tug on my chest. Today is Wednesday.

I needed to release my anger. I need help.

Then I saw my escape.

Allison. Or Alice. I can't remember.

Allison has had a crush on me since I came to the school and one night I finally gave her what she wanted. Ever since then she thinks we're a thing but trust me she'd not my type.

And who is? Katia? A voice mocked in my head.

Shut up!

Remember she has a date on Friday and it isn't with you. You have a hot girl here who you know had a major crush on you.

That's all it took for me to walk over to her.

"Hey al" I smiled my 'seductive smile'

"Hey Aiden" she smiled at me.

Her smile was no way near as beautiful as Katia's.

Remember Katia has a date with that Carson guy!

You're right.

Of course I am.

Shut up.

"uh Aiden?" Allison or Alice waved a hand in front of my face.

"yeah? " I asked snapping out of my thoughts.

"you kind of zoned out" she said a hint of annoyance in her voice.

"your sexiness is just mesmerizing" I gave her one of my charming smiles.

That made her giggle.

I pushed her against the wall and put my mouth on hers.

Her lips were sloppy against mine. Nothing like Katia's.

Katia's POV.

I was going to talk to Aiden before lunch.

I mean I have been ignoring him. I know it was stupid but I needed time to think. I didn't know what to think of it.

I had so many questions in my head but one stood out.

Does he like me?

I hope so because I think I do too.

As soon as the bell rang I sprinted out of my seat and searched for Aiden.

When I was about to give up I saw Carson walking towards me.

"hey Katia" he smiled at me showing his perfect teeth.

"hey Carson" I said hurriedly trying to get out of this conversation to go find Aiden.

"umm... You know Melody right?"he asked.

"yeah"i said slowly not sure why her was asking me this.

Melody is in my math class and she works in the library after school.

"can you get her to go out with me on Friday?"he asked me.

"sure" I said. I just want to find Aiden. "so it's a date" I comfirmed

"yup" he said

"okay so Friday?" I asked making sure

"yup and thanks"he said.

"okay welcome but I have to go" I said.

I walked away to find Aiden. I must have been walking for a while. But I wish I hadn't.

He had Allison pinned against the wall.

She pushed him back.

"what about that girl Katie? " she was talking about me.

" she's nothing. I was trying to get into her pants but she didn't let me. That Lil virgin Mary." he laughed and then started kissing her again.

I should have known.

A sob escaped my lips which made them look at me. I didn't realized I was crying until tasted the tears from the corner of my lips.

"I should have known" I whispered. "so I was nothing right?" I asked him.

"don't act like a victim. You have a date on Friday don't you."

"no I don't" I said confused

"yes you do with Carson" oh that!

"you're so stupid" I yelled at him "he was asking me to have my friend go on a date with him not me."

"yeah right" he scoffed

"don't believe me then I don't care" I said.

"baby can we go" Allison said I almost forgot she was there.

"yeah go" I said to them.

"Kati-" Aiden started.

"don't" that's all I said and I walked away.

I walked away from him.

From the guy I realized I might even love.
