Messed Up

New Starts

*May 25th: Graduation day*

I got up and started getting ready for the day. I dressed in a black romper with sunflowers, curled my hair, did some natural makeup, and put on some small black heels. Today is the day that Jake and I finally start to pack and go to live on our own with our pride and joy. Jake and I decided to move to LA. Elton is going to help us get situated there. Sam, Katrina, and Colby graduated last year and moved to LA so they're flying down to see us. Elton is also going to come see us.

*Ceremony*

The music starts playing and pairs of students start to walk in. After a while they got to Jake.

Principal: "Jake Andrew Webber"

A crowd of people started to cheer. I look at him and blow him a big kiss. He smiles and walks off the stage. He gets back to his seat and hugs me with tears in his eyes.

Y/n: "I'm so proud of you bubs."

J: "Thank you baby. I'm proud of you too."

Principal: "Y/n Y/m/n Castee"

I can hear shouting and whistling. I hear Elton screaming at the top of his lungs.

E: "THATS MY SISTER!"

He claps and sits back down. They finish going through all of the names.

Principal: "Thank you all for an amazing year. Now before we leave, can I have y/n Castee come on stage."

I walk up and Jake, his family, and Elton walk up after me with Noah.

Principal: "This young lady has never failed to outstand me. She's had one tough year but she's so tough and I am so grateful to have her at this school. Not only has she finished her senior year as a straight A student, she has also managed to become a mother."

J: "This is our beautiful son Noah. I'm so proud of y/n and everything she's done. She's everything that younger girls should look up to. Not only is she beautiful, but she is strong, smart, and very caring."

I can feel tears well up in my eyes and i give Jake a big hug. The principal whispers for me to go back to my seat.

Principal: "One last applause for y/n"

Everyone claps and I head back to my seat while holding Jakes hand.

Principal: "Now for the moment everyone's been waiting for, hats off to the class of 2019!"

Everyone screams and throws their hats up in the air. After everything's done, we go back to Jake's house for our graduation parties. A lot of people attended and I met a lot of Jake's family. 

*1 week later*

About a month ago Jake and I put in for an apartment in LA and the manager finally called me back and told us we could start moving in within 3 weeks. As soon as I figured this out I ran up to Jake. He was sleeping peacefully on his back until i jumped on him.

J: "What are you doing?"

I lean in to kiss him

Y/n: "We got approved for the apartment!"

J: "That's great babe! When can we move in?"

Y/n: "In about 3 weeks. Wanna start packing?"

Jake and I have a lot of stuff and we have more now because of Noah. He gets up, and puts on a shirt. He grabs some plastic tubs out of a closet. We start with junk that we need to keep and then Noah starts to cry. I keep sorting while Jake gets him. He brings him into the room and sits down and plays with him.

*2 weeks later*

Elton was kind enough to fly out and rent a U-Haul. The guys loaded all of our luggage, including our mattress, while I got Noah in his car seat. Jake's family came out, we said goodbyes, and we headed off to LA.
