I made my decision clear that I wanted to hide. Get away from everybody.

"Hey Sharai, is it true that you and Chris broke up?" a girl asked with excitement.

"Hey Rai, is it true that your finally single again?" a boy asked.

More questions came after that. Its like the fucking paparazzi. Excuse my language, but damn. I just want everybody to get out of my face. I rushed to the girl's restroom hoping I would get some peace. Usually there was no one in the bathroom, unless there was a juicy story that everyone was talking about. Apparently Chris and I's break up was the top news of facebook, school, twitter, and Instagram, because the bathroom is packed this morning. All of them are really. Its never this packed. I finally found a bathroom with not as many females or a line out the door. All the females voice quietened their voices as I walked into the nearby stall. Unsatisfied that I wasn't coming out of the stall anytime soon, they took their conversations elsewhere.

I tsked, and thought silly nosy females. Woodland High aint shit. It's a school filled with ghetto kids either just coming out of juve, its their zone school, or their parents forced them here. We have the highest rate of teen pregnancies, fights, weapon and drug possession in the state. No... district... No state. Who cares? It's a bad school period point blank. Yet parents ship their kids her all the time, and some people actually LIKE it here. What is the world coming to?

The bell rang dismissing the zero hour students. Who wants to actually take an extra hour of school? Well I guess its time for me to get out of this stall or at least find a different hiding spot. This place is disgusting and it stinks. Smells like raw pads and tampons. My foot stepped on something and it made a Squish sound. I sighed as I realized I stepped on a dirty tampon. Seriously? I hopped on one foot to reach the paper towels and wet it then wiped my shot. I picked up the tampon with the paper towel after wiping my shoes off and tossed it in the trash. Just disgusting.

I walked out of the restroom, and to my locker. I switched books, and as I grabbed my agenda book, I seen Lynn and Simon walking my way. I quickly turned trying to avoid them.

"Hey Rai!" Lynn called from a distance. Dammit I thought. Lynn and Simon were walking my way in unison holding hands.

"Hey.. Lynn and Simon." I said stammering a bit. Simon is 6 foot 1, white, and considered the strong, silent type. Lynn's face went from a smile to a concerned look in less than a second.

"Whats wrong Rai?" she asked with a sigh, unwrapping herself from Simon. I didn't reply

"Rai." She said with a testy tone.

"Nothin'!"

"Are you not over him?"

"Lynn."

"Are you?"

"Lynn."

"Rai!"

"Okay no!" I sighed "No im not over him. Im nowher near it okay?"

"Rai-"

"I never will be over him okay? So just leave me alone about it. If you're a real friend you would understand. Now if you will excuse me, I have to get to class." I told her.

"Rai, class doesn't start for another 10 minutes." Simon intruded.

"Who asked you, Simon?"

He looked at me his eyes piercing. I turned away. His eyes spoke for him. Its those same eyes that saw through Lynn's lies, or anybody's lies for that matter. Note to anybody: Don't ever try to lie to Simon. You will always end up burned. Like right now his look is an burning even though his eyes are ice-cold blue.

"Rai, Chris is no good for you. I understand that you two were together for a long time, but you need to let him go, and get it together." I sighed and walked slowly toward my next class. Then muttered to myself more than them.

"See you at lunch"
