Chapter 20: Sidewalk Chalk

(LOUIS' POV)

"Let's pull an all-nighter!" Lillian cried excitedly.

"What?" I asked.

"An all-nighter...staying up all night." She said. Ohhhh. I knew that.

"I WANNA STAY UP ALL NIGHT AND JUMP AROUND UNTIL WE SEE TGE SUN!" I screeched, making everyone including Lilli laugh.

"Wait, that's one of your guys' songs right?" She asked curiously.

"yeah." zayn confirmed.

"Cool! I think I might've heard it on the radio once..." Lilli confessed, making all of us smile broadly.

"Now, LET'S DO SOMETHING. I'm bored." she announced, making everyone burst into laughter. You might as well admit it-we are extremely laughable people. DO NOT DENY, THAT'D BE A LIE! Hey that rhymes! Annnywho...Lilli walked to her kitchen and pulled out three packages. Graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows. The three essential ingredients for, you guessed it,

"S'MORES!" Niall cried, running over and hugging Lilli.

"Hey, Horan! Get your hands off my girl!" I joked. Lilli raised an eyebrow.

"Your girl, eh?" She asked. I blushed a bit before answering,

"Erm yeah, so I've already been thinking of you as my girlfriend, so, um, would you maybe be my...." I muttered, but Zayn cut me off.

"For gods sake Louis Tomlinson. Why the heck can't you be all Romeo-esc and confess your undying love or some sh*t. Lillian, Louis loves you. Louis, I'm pretty darn sure Lillian loves you. Now go be all kissy-huggy boyfriend and girlfriend. Why all the blushing and stupid drama. Jesus." He exclaimed, but everyone saw the smile creeping onto his face.

"Now don't tell me you didn't do that same as Lou with Perrie, Zayn!" Harry cried, starting an all-out argument. Lilli and I just stood there, snickering at the arguing people in her living room.

"So...will you go steady with me? I asked her as everyone else continued to bicker.

"Duh." Lilli answered.

"OMG OMG OMG SHE SAID YES BREATHE LOU BREATHE" I said inside my head. She smirked, at me, her dimples showing clear.

"I said that out loud, didnt i." i moaned.

"Mhm." she confirmed, biting her lip slightly to hold back a laugh. immediately I knew I couldn't hold myself back anymore. I pulled her into my arms and kissed her.
