Chapter 24: Sidewalk Chalk
(LILLIAN'S POV)
I watched in shock as Louis disappeared into my hallway, before hearing a door slam. I don't know what I did...I wasn't even allowed to have a celebrity crush? I didn't know what to do. So I just broke down, crying. The rest of the boys crowded around me, in a giant group hug.
"Don't worry about it Lilli, Louis' being stupid" Zayn said as he rubbed my back.
"Calm down, everything's going to be fine." Liam said soothingly. He was wrong though, nothing was fine. Louis was angry, and I don't know what I did.
(LOUIS' POV)
My eyes scanned the page, taking in every word.
"Dear diary, guess what? I MET A POPSTAR! His name is Louis Tomlinson, from the band One Direction. I had to work on their tour bus today cuz it blew a tire. They're going to be in town for a couple days, and Louis is going to take me on a 'date' tomorrow. Or so he claims...but he was drunk so I doubt it. ANNNYWHO...I think I may like Louis. As in like like him. For serious. Much love, Lilli"
the page read. My finger absentmindedly traced the words 'much love', imagining if she had wrote those words to me. I sighed, slamming the notebook back where I found it.
"LOUIS." a voice confronted me.
"Oh...hi Niall." I said, and to my surprise my voice cracked.
"Do you know what you've just done?" Niall cried, his expression angry.
"Yeah. I'm really sorry, I shouldn't have yelled." I apologized. Niall rolled his eyes, taking my shoulders and shaking me lightly.
"Louis. You should NOT be apologizing to me. Go apologize to your girlfriend. The one you just yelled at because of a stupid movie. IT'S JUST AN ACTOR LOUIS. She loves you!" he said, his piercing blue eyes staring at me intently. I nodded, knowing he was completely right. I stood up and immediately left to find Lilli. She didn't deserve getting yelled at. Hell, I didn't deserve her! But I knew that without her, there would be a gaping hole in my heart.
