Friend: "are you okay?"
Me: "kind of."
Friend: "what's that supposed to mean?"
Me (inside my head): it means I'm fine just laying here. Just fine wanting to give up every second while I fight. I'm losing the fight and I need you here beside me emotionally, not physically but it's okay... because I don't give a damn either...
