I met you under terrible circumstances.)
2,909I was panicking... I couldn't see, my tears were getting in the way... There was a body in front of me that once belonged to my mother and blood seemed to be all around me. I could feel it if with my hands. All because of a demon who decide our village was perfect to tear apart.
"Hey, can you hear that? I think there is someone else in here."
"It's heartbeat is coming from this room."
Who was that? I didn't recognize the voice. I could only stare at all the blood... So much blood.
"Oh my monk life... Are you alright?" A male voice spoke and I finally snapped my gaze to the figures standing in front of me.
I grabbed my knife from my pocket and held it with my shaking hands. All I could do was scream at the strange group, "stay back! Just stay back! Don't hurt her anymore!"
"Whoa whoa, calm down." A man who looked oddly like a monk held his hands up in surrender, "this wasn't us."
"I-I... I don't care! Don't come any closer!" I yelled. I became frustrated at how they wouldn't leave. Can't they see I just wish to be left alone? Throwing the meanest glare I could manage I hope that would persuade him.
"We're just here to help. We heard what happened from a village near by and we're looking for the demon that did this. Can you help us?" A girl dressed in oddly looking clothes spoke softly.
I took a moment to weigh out my options... Fight them for all I'm worth or help them catch the thing that killed my mother...
"My mother hid me in the cupboard when it came but, I know where it went." I whispered looking down at my mother. I took a moment to move some hair out of her face cringing at where her eyes once were, "I'm a good tracker. I can help lead you to it quicker than you could find it on your own."
Inuyasha looked to the rest of his group bewildered by the fact that each of them were actually considering bringing this woman along with them.
"Are we really going to listen to this woman? I can track anything and you want a weak girl to do it?" He crossed his arms.
"He's right. She could get hurt or worse." The monk agreed getting ready to leave that is until I looked back up at them.
The (e/c) that they had once seen before was now a bright purple, "It killed my mother so I'll kill it."
"You heard the girl so let's go." Sango finally spoke up.
"What just happened?" The Monk's eyes widened.
"Let me bury my mother first." I pleaded and with a shake of her head I had some time before we leave.
Closing my eyes I used my magic to teleport my self and my mother's body outside of our home to the garden she oh so loved.
"W-what is she?" Kagome looked wide eyed to the spot I once sat.
"A witch." Sango headed to the door with kirara and Shippo, "let's wait outside while she handles what needs to be done and say her last goodbyes to her mother."
The sky was grey but, that only seemed to set the mood. This isn't a happy day, not at all. A grave was there in less then a second and I tried to use my strength to lift her up but, I couldn't. I... It's not because I wasn't strong enough physically but, I couldn't bare to just throw her down in a hole and bury her with dirt... I just... couldn't.
