Tom was stifling a yawn as they walked into the hotel. Everybody else was chatting excitedly about what they were going to do in the morning, and Tord seemed to be happy that he was back home. Norway was surprisingly nice; the grass was green and the sky was full of stars. With how Tord acted, he expected a dump with body pillows of anime girls strewn along the streets. He has no idea how such a nice place managed to turn Tord into... this.

They had lowered their voices by the time they arrived at the front desk. A young girl, who was obviously the receptionist, had blonde hair pulled back into a ponytail. If she didn't look so young, Tom might've been attracted to her.

"Hello, how can I help you four today?" she asked, her accent quite thick. Tom couldn't help but raise an eyebrow; he had expected Tord to take the lead and speak Norwegian with her, but it seemed as though she knew English.

"Uhh, yeah, we were wondering if there were any rooms available?"

This was the third fucking hotel they've been at, so there better be rooms available.

"We have two suites available." She glanced back at her computer. "Though, they aren't next to each other. The other problems is that both have king beds, not twin. Is that okay?" she asked as she looked at them, brown eyes soft.

Tord stood blank faced, looking back at the gang before her again. "You're saying that you don't have any spare beds you can bring into the rooms?" he asked, an eyebrow perched.

She shook her head. "Sorry, sir."

Tord sighed as he looked back at the gang. "Look, I don't know about you guys but this will be the best we're going to get." He watched Edd's face carefully. "We'll have to share beds."

Edd lifted an eyebrow before putting his arm around Matt's neck. "I'm sharing a room with Matt and nobody can stop me." A smug smile snaked its way up his face as he knew that they couldn't fight him on that; even if they did, they'd lose.

Tom immediately threw his head back and groaned. "But I don't want to share a room with Tord! I'd rather be with Matt or you," he said, crossing his arms.

"Fuck that, you have no choice," Edd responded, flashing a grin at Matt.

"I don't care, frankly, I want a room and somewhere to rest." Tord mumbled, turning back to the woman at the desk. "We'll take them."

The woman typed away, the name tag on her black uniform reading 'Alice'.

Not only two minutes later, she pulled up the two room key cards, placing them on the desk and moving her soft stare to Tord. "Here are your roomkeys. Morning breakfast is included with your stay and the hotel restaurant opens from 6am to 10am, for breakfast of course." She gave a soft sigh as she tucked in a strand of hair behind her ear.

After paying for the hotel, Tord dragged his small suitcase up, leading the gang as he held the keycards. "I can't wait to take a hot shower. I'm tired as fuck," he confessed.

Tom furrowed his eyebrows but didn't say anything, shooting Edd a glare when he realized the brunet was grinning at him.

"I think we're all just exhausted," Edd said mockingly, his gaze still on Tom. "I'm sure some of us will go straight to bed."

"You know, Edd," Tom bit back, "I can't help but feel like you're targeting me here. What are you getting at?" He rubbed one of his eyes.

"Nothing, nothing— I say we just go to bed." Edd was still smiling, and to be honest, Tom didn't trust it one bit.
