Blue Star [Iida x Reader]

Chapter 1: First Day

It was very early in the morning when (Y/N) woke up for the day. She was used to waking up pretty early but when she had a long break and often went back to her bad habit of staying up late, she messed up her sleeping schedule very often. She was finally accepted to UA, her dream high school.  

It was way too early in the morning... I will admit that I stood up very late again knowing that I had school the next day, but I thought that maybe I could trick myself into thinking that I did get a goodnight's rest for once. Groggily, I stood up from my bed and walked to my bathroom and did everything I usually did. My parents were not awake yet which was sort of weird but I didn't care much, to be honest it was better that way. My parents always expected the best of the best from me, so when I told them that I wanted to apply to UA, they were more than happy to help me out. Yeah sounds good and all but that just means that I am gonna have to do even more work than I did in middle school, it's gonna be a tough year but I hope I'll get past it. As long as they don't get in the way too much again.

Once I was done with my breakfast I headed towards the door and began my walk towards my new school. It is gonna be a little awkward, no scratch that it is gonna be super awkward! I knew I wasn't gonna be late to school on my first day so I actually forced myself to get up early for once, no way was I gonna make an 'Oh no! I'm late on my first day of high school!' cliché. Though I say that I transferred later than the others, I don't mean by a month. If anything I think it's about less than a week or so, so that means that I won't be as behind as I thought I would be. However, this is a hero school so it might be a little different. As I continued to walk at the same pace I finally got a glimpse of the school.

"This is it. This is what I worked so hard for." I said to myself.

I walked a little faster because of how excited I got, I am not really the talkative type but I am also not the extremely quiet type. The trick is that people have to talk to me first, so hopefully this school has some nice people that like to start up some conversations. While walking I noticed that the school was a lot bigger than I thought, it was gonna be a real pain to find my class. I didn't really want to bother anyone so I thought it would be nice to try to find the class myself, I have a lot of time to burn anyway and I shouldn't be that bad.

Oh boy it actually is that bad. I had to walk back outside because I started to really panic, where the hell is this class? Does it even exist? Am I actually in the right school? I knew something like this would happen so luckily my smarty smart self came early to school, I was still panicking a lot though. Who would I ask though? I don't know if everyone knows where all the classes are at even if they don't actually attend the class and I don't know any of my classmates. I sighed and looked at my schedule, class 1-A with Mr. Aizawa.

"Um excuse me Miss, I don't believe I have seen you before. Are you new here?" Said a boy with bluish hair and black rectangle glasses. How would he even know I am new with all these people around anyway? 

"Oh yeah! I am but I can't find my classroom. It says I am supposed to go to 1-A but I walked around the entire school and can't find out where the heck it is." I said.

"1-A? I am in that class! I also happen to be the class president for that class, and as class president I will happily assist you to the class!" He said waving his arms around and talking very cheerfully.

"Really? Awesome! Thank you so much... uhh?"

"Tenya Iida, and you are?"

"(Y/N)(L/N)" I say with a smile and hold out my hand, he shook it and told me to follow him. Wow nice going (Y/N) a handshake? Really??  I thought to myself. What a great introduction to one of my classmates.

After a little while we arrived to class and with a small amount of time to spare as well! The class was pretty much full but they paid no attention to us for now. 

"Good morning (Y/N)." A monotonous voice called from a yellow sleeping bag in the front of the room. No way is that the teacher right? Wrong, it was in fact Mr. Aizawa.

"Good morning Mr. Aizawa, I didn't see you in there I thought I was going crazy!" I laughed a little nervously. 

"Ah. Anyway, you are right on time. Will you introduce yourself to the class for me? Thanks." Aizawa said and sank back into his sleeping bag. I didn't even heard a bell ring or answer him back, I kinda blanked out. 

"Uh hi! My name is (Y/N) (L/N) and I hope to be friends with you all soon!" I said with a smile and bow a little. 

"Oh ho-ho~! She can definitely be friends with me!" Said a little voice in the back. I didn't even want to know who that was.

"Tch."

"Aww she looks so cute!"

"I wonder what her quirk is."

"Another hero to join the team I'm pumped! Let's be friends!" There was a lot of talking but I was a little shy to be honest so I didn't really look at anyone while I was in the front, but who could blame me?

"Alright alright settle down now." Said Aizawa now standing up. It's like this guy teleports or something! I didn't hear him take off his sleeping bag! 

"(Y/N) go sit down next to Uraraka and Todoroki. Uraraka and Todoroki please raise your hand so she knows where to go."

I looked around and saw a seat in between the two and as I was walking to my desk I noticed that Iida was pretty much a seat away from me. He smiled and waved at me and I did the same and sat down.

"Hi I'm Uraraka! You're going to love it here don't worry! I can show you around if you want and you can eat with us!" She said happily, and that's exactly what I needed, some nice people to surround myself with on the first day.

"Of course! Thank you so much!" I said back with a smile. I turned and saw a boy with half red and white hair split through the middle, he also had a scar on his left side. He didn't really look like he wanted to talk but I had to make friends somehow. I was about to talk to him but Mr. Aizawa started to talk, hopefully I'll get the chance to talk to the others later. I have a good feeling about this class.
