Why Me!? (Naruto Various X Reader)

(Y/n)'s P.O.V.

After few minutes later I felt a tap on my shoulder. 'Has it really been that long or was I just really late today?' I turned to the person who broke my peace only to notice Sakura and Naruto lookong curiously at my phone.

"Can I help you?" I asked them.

"What is that device you have

"I had music to keep me occupied." I said with a shrug, showing them my phone.

"How does that thing play music?" Sakura asked curiously as she took the phone.

"Well you see..." I began before realising I had no clue how it worked. 'Okay so I can literally say anything and they will believe me, but then I have to be creative!' I turned to face them before I attempted to explain. "This is a phone. It can take pictures, videos, play music, message and a lot more. The scientists that made this used specialised technology to make it able to do all that."

"But you haven't told us how it plays music." Naruto pointed out.

"Erm..."

"You don't know how it works. Do you?" The Emo finally joined the conversation. I took my phone from Sakura and opened it, clicking on the music app.

"Let me explain." I pressed (random/song). "The music plays throught speakers." I pointed to the speakers. "They work by resonance, they vibrate the air and then amplifies the sound. The vibrations then turn into sound we can hear as music." The total nonsense coming from my mouth was a statement to my will to prove that I know almost nothing about speakers and sound. I switched the song off and placed my phone and earphons back in my pocket.

Naruto nodded, though wether he understood was a different story. Sakura also nodded but she looked like she understood what I said. Sasuke just went back to staring moodly into the distance.

"So in other news did our Sensei arrive?" I asked, tilting my head.

"No, he still not here." Sakura replied as she went back over to the Moody One.

"Are you sure about that?" A familiar voice suddenly said from behind me.

"Holy mother of macaroni and chees!" I yelled spiningn to face the person, only to feel light headed, flailing my arms and nearly fall. "Oh it's just you, Sensei."

"Sensei, your late!" Naruto yelled and then proceeded to complain.

"Sorry I'm late. I got lose on the path of life." Kakashi then started walking away. "Follow me." He lead us to the KIA stone. "Carved on this stone is the names of all Konahagakure's heros."

"That's it I've decided I want my name carved there!" Naruto yelled very excited about his neww goal. 'No, you don't.'

"They are a different type of hero. Everyone that has their name carved here has died in for the sake of the village." This new information made Naruto seem to rethink his previous statement. 'Told you! Even if it was only mentally and only I could hear it... is still counts!' We then walked over to the three posts.

"The goal of today's test is to get these bells from me." Kakashi-sensei pulled out two bells. 'I thought with me being here at least he'd add a bell!'

"But there are only two bells and four of us." Sakura pointed out.

"That is because only two of you will pass the others will be sent back to the academy." 'I'm fine with this! Well... kinda... at least I will learn what more jutsu.'

"You have until noon to get these bells." He set the clock and everyone else disappeared. Me, not knowing how to actually be a ninja ran dove into the nearest bush.

'I must have zoned out for too long. I missed the rest of the instructions.' I started to panick. 'Great... now um if I can find a person to actually help me not to die, which I doubt anyone is going to but it is worth a try.' Lifting my head out the bush I let out a frustrated sound. 'Now how am I going to do that without dying?'

I started sneaking behind the trees and toward where I thought Sasuke would be. My reasoning is Naruto either fighting our Sensei or would be stuck in that trap and with my luck I'd set the other trap off trting to free him, Sakura would be either fainted or screaming about that illusion, and Sasuke would be stuck in the ground so I get a chance to take a picture and laugh.

I managed to find where the Emo's head was sticking out of the ground, with a fainted Sakura nearby.

"Hiya sprout! Seems your not ahead of me in getting a bell." I waved laughing this earned a glare. "Don't worry this way you have a chance to grow a personality!" I pu

"Shut up and help me." He said with a growl.

"Hm... let me think..." I placed my finger to my chin in thought. "If you promise to help me."

"No."

"Be that way. I'll go ask Naruto." I turned around and walked off. Did I expect him to change his mind? No. Was I hoping he would? Not really.

'So if Sakura fell victim to a genjutsu, Sasuke fell victim to a ninjutsu and Naruto is probably in a trap. What going to happen to me?' I thought felling a bit anxious  as the thoughts of what would happen to me. 'I am so doomed...'
