Ive been in this job for a month today, these pay checks are really helping me and my parents I take two hundred for myself and I give them three hundred every week. My GPA went up to a 4.5 and I was offered and opportunity to take a few extra classes on the weekend so that I can graduate earlier. I felt good about today and it wasn't only because it's pay day, I finally had my job on track, and I am finally giving my parents the help they gave me all these years.

I walk into the work today and I go straight into mrs. Collins office she normally let's me leave my purse and stuff in there till I leave we have become closer since that night I saw her cry, she brings me lunch or I bring her lunch she's like a second mother to me.

Mrs. Collins:: hi Kathelina how are you today

Kathelina:: I'm good how about you mrs.collins?

Mrs. Collins:: i need to ask you something very important

Kathelina:: ask away i will try to have the best answer i can for you

Mrs. Collins:: could you make a few runs for me, like get some fabric i need, some accesories that are also need i need to finish up my drawing before i start designing

Kathelina:: Mrs. Collins you know i would love to but i have a job has a maintenance i cant be leaving like this but i will talk to my manager to see if i can make your runs and not clock in till later she'll probably deduct it from my pay but for you ill do anything.

Mrs. Collins:: Don't even worry about it, i already talked to your manager and she said if you was up to staying late today you could do it.

Kathelina:: thats fine, let me leave my stuff and let me get the fabric and what ever else you need.

I put down my stuff and when up to her she handed me a list and i rushed out to do this i knew tonight was going to be long for helping out mrs. collins but i didnt mind to be honests shes a very nice women.

i went first to the fabric shop the guy showed me these to ugly fabric color and i knew mrs. collins wouldn't like this sooo i picked out threee completly different fabric just because i knew she would like these much better i can tell by what she is wearing. then i made my way to the acessories store they were awaiting for me, they said to pick out anything 20 pieces that i wants so i picked 5 purses 5 necklaces 5 rings 5 bracelets. i said my goodbyes to the gay guy that gave me his number to hang out because he said i had great taste in stuff. he was pretty nice to i wouldnt mind hanging out with him lol.

then i went and got me and mrs. collins some coffee bacause i knew we both are going to have a long night. when i arrived in the company parking lot i took everything out and started my way upstairs, all the assidants were starting at me and giving me wierd looks but i didn't care i went about my business, none of them are paying me to work here so i dont care what they think. i made my way up to Mrs. COllins office but to my suprise she wasnt there so i set her coffee on the dress put the bags on her sofa, put on my uniform and off to work i was.

It's was a really long day its already 11:30 p.m. and im almost done i have never stayed this late and i have conditioning tommorrow and i have to tutor before class ugh tommorrow is going to be even longer. my thoughts where inturpted with someone calling my name::

Hiring Manager:: Kathelina Monroe!

Kathelina:: Yes

Hiring Manager:: Mrs. Collins wants you hurry go to her office she's been looking for you allday

Kathelina:: ok

shes probably already heading out and just wants me to have my stuff. well all i need to do is throw this out and i can go to the dormroom. i hurry and go up to her office she was sitting on her desk with some paper work and a pen facing the opposite side of her.

Kathelina:: Hi Mrs. Collins you needed me?

Collins:: come take a seat need to talk to you about the stuff you picked up for me

Kathelina:: was there something wrong with what i picked?

Mrs. Collins:: no just come sit please we need to talk

i go in the office and sit i should have just gotten what she order pero i always do what i think is better stupid bad habit i swear.

Mrs. Collins:: Kathelina i trusted you with something i dont even trust my assidant with and you completly.....

Kathelina:: Mrs. Collins im sorry i didnt mean to let you down i just thought those fabrics were morrbid and i know your a great designer and i would never let you do a mistake like those fabrics where..

Mrs:: kathelina let me finish what i was going to say you completly did a great job with everything and i want you to be my co-designer and i have a contract here so you can read it and you can either take the job that pays 10x better or stay as a janitor.

kathelina:: are you serious, you are making me a co-designer, i didn't even go to school for that.

mrs:: yes im serious theres your contract

i read the contract and i would be making a profit out of everything and my pay rate is 3x higher then what im making now i cant let this oppportunity go. i grab the pen and sign on the dotted line.

Mrs:: now that you are my co-designer no more calling me MRS. COLLINS my names Patty

Kathelina:: ok Patty i'll see you tommorrow how should i dress?

Patty:: dress for success hun

Kathelina:: ok thank you for everythign *give her a hug* you dont understand how much this means to me

i race back to my dorm room to do homework and tommorrow is going to be so exciting.
