jaemin placed a bag neatly on his counter and smiled evilly.

"what's that for?"

jaemin saw renjun and jeno behind him and the boy pecked both of their cheeks. "a little present from us for mark, specifically for a nice evening of-"

"we get it! we just wanted to know what was in it" jeno said.

renjun pulled out the only item in the bag. "there are jeno's cat ears though?"

"about that, jisung has the final item, he'll give it when we get to the auditorium" jaemin said and put the cat ears back in the bag. he wrapped his arms around both boys' waist and dragged them to the couch.

"jeno remember what you kept mentioning for the past 2 years"

jeno nodded and showed his eye smile. "i wanted a cat, but you never let me because you said that i wouldn't be able to take care of it" he said.

renjun snorted and rested his head on jaemin. "jaemin just tell him the news"

"fine. anyways, i decided that since you're .3% more mature, i'd buy you a kitten and since renjun works at a pet store, he has one save for you"

jeno jumped out of his seat. "really!" he squeaked.

"if you want, we can pick it up now" renjun said.

jeno tossed jaemin his car keys and made his way outside. jaemin and renjun giggled and took their time to walk to the car.

"hurry up! you guys are taking forever!" jeno whined, he stomped on the floor and pouted.

jaemin and renjun finally got out of the car and made their way to jeno.

"cutie, open the door and you'll finally see your pet"

jeno threw it opened and jumped up and down. "where is it!?"

renjun led the boys to the back of the shop. he opened a curtain and it led to a small pen.

"i didn't want him in a cage so i put him in this pen" renjun said.

he lifted up a cat with fluffy, white fur and dark black eyes. the cat meowed and stared at jeno.

jeno let out a squeal and picked up the cat in his arms. "it's so cute!" he said.

jaemin and renjun watched the boy play with the cat happily.

"how much is it" jaemin whispered.

"we could each pay 150" he whispered.

the two combined their money and renjun put it in his pocket. "i'll go pay for it now"

renjun left and jaemin kneeled down to jeno's height. "let's go pick food for your kitten okay"

"does it have a name?"

"no. it never had one, but you can name it"

jeno thought about it and smiled. "i'll name it 'fluffy'~"
