Chapter 21

"I'M CUMMING!" I shouted.

He continued to move as he groaned from the back of his throat. "Fuck!" he shouted. His hips moved irregularly and my eyes rolled to the back of my head. I tried to hold out for ONCE but he got to me every time. I throbbed, and I took hold of my breast squeezing for more pressure as I rode out the second climax he gave me today.

Finally, his body collapses on top of mine and I can feel his heavy breathing exhaling on my shoulder.

"You are always...always so good." I breathed out in heaves.

I heard him swallow trying to help regulate his breathing. "So are you." he pulled up and kissed my cheek. "I'm surprised, by the amount of sex we have, that you havnt gotten pregnant yet." He laughed.

I laughed in return but then a thought struck me. "Shit...that reminds me I have to get my birth control shot tomorrow."

He laughed. "Yeah...that would be a good idea...I don't think I can ever use condoms again."

"You didn't like our first night together?" I teased raking his hair out of his eyes.

"Oh I didn't say that...that was hot." He kissed my shoulder. "You were so hot."

I couldn't help but to giggle. "You were too...I was entranced by the way you moved. I still DO get that way." I moved my hands over the tops of his shoulders and he moved to lay next to me.

I ran my hands over my face, and let out a deep breath. "You ware me out." I laughed. "I love it."

"Me too." He laughed.

"Hey it's just you and me here...do you want some lunch?" My assistant asked as she peaked through my door.

"Sure." I smiled. I grabbed my purse and pulled my wallet out. I took my credit card and held it out for her to take. "It's on me!"

"Oh you don't have to do that." She said as she took the card. "I can do separate orders."

"No I'd like too. You've been with us for over a year now and you're always so helpful. I'd like to buy us a big lunch. Go wherever you want, as long as you bring me some sort of desert back."

She laughed and nodded her head. "Do you want me to wait until your next appointment in over? They will be here in about 5 minutes and I probably wont be back for a half an hour or so."

"No. Just go. By the time you get back I will have finished. It's just a consultation appointment anyway."

"Alright, I will be back shortly."

I smiled and waived her off. She didn't quite close the door all the way which was fine. I had to make a quick phone call to the hospital and as I was talking I saw my next patient walk in. He had a dark over sized hoodie on and a matching mask that hid his face. I waived him in with a smile and he shut the door behind him locking it.

"Thank you. I will be sure to send it over before the week is done." I answered to the nurse that I was talking to. "You have a good day too."

I hung up the phone and looked over to my patient. He must be shy. "Come over and sit with me." I smiled and he moved instantly and didn't hesitate to plop right down in front of me. He moved his hands up to his head pulling his hoodie down and his face mask off.

My heart felt as if it fell into my stomach, and the same sickening smirk that had my stomach bubbling in vile, was looking back at me.
