“How’re you not sweating to death?” Niall asked Luke, who was wearing his classic black t-shirt and black skinny jeans with his black leather jacket. Niall felt hotter than he already was by just looking at Luke. It was a strange day in London as it was very hot. Just yesterday, it was the perfect weather for a sweater, but today just a tank top was too much.

“You get used to it, boy.” Luke shrugged, not looking hot at all. The sun gleamed and Niall watched as Luke put on his sunglasses, and yes, they were black too. “So Zayn wants us to scope out a barren field or something?” Luke asked, changing the subject. The three boys, Niall, Luke, and Ashton, were taking the day to look around London for a place where they all could practice warrior and combat magic. Zayn even had something to teach Ashton, and that was how to break through advanced spells that could protect one’s self from a voodoo.

“He wants it surrounded by trees, don’t forget.” Ashton reminded the two, “So like in the woods or a forest or something.” Ashton was shrugging, not really knowing where the best place to go was. “We gotta stay away from the public eye. They can’t see us doing our magic, remember.”

At this moment, the three brothers stopped at a small market, walking inside to see if they could find something small to eat – to hold them over until dinner that night. They each picked up an apple, paid for them, and left. “Let’s just take a minute and just relax, okay?” Luke spoke again, leaning up against the market’s outer brick wall. “I don’t know where we’re going to find a place suitable to do magic at. Zayn may just have to bite the bullet and let us practice in our basement area.” Luke lowered his glasses and looked at Niall and Ashton, who both were nodding, sadly agreeing.

“Well hello there.” A familiar voice spoke that Niall, Luke, and Ashton all knew. They turned to the direction of the raspy voice and saw Harry walking up towards them, but now, he had another boy, or man, with him. Niall assumed that Ashton and Luke knew who Harry’s friend was, but Niall had no idea of his name. The stranger had this really unique, but flamboyant, coloured hair. Niall examined the pink as the stranger and Harry walked up to the three boys, “Hi Niall.” Harry singled Niall out, out the three of them and Niall started to ask himself why, and caught Luke turning to him, shrugging.

“Hi, I’m Niall.” Niall spoke, extending his hand to Harry’s friend. The coloured hair fellow was a bit hesitant in shaking Niall’s hand. He wasn’t sure why Niall was being so nice, and that confused him, but he soon shook his hand, “Nice to meet you.” Niall continued.

“Likewise?” Harry’s friend’s voice rose as he finished speaking. It was like he was almost questioning the whole situation he was in, “My name’s Michael.” There was a quick awkward silence and then Harry put it on himself to fill the space.

“What are you three doing?” He looked at Luke, seeing if he’d respond, but Luke scoffed and crossed his arms. Luke wasn’t fond of Harry and surely wasn’t going to be caught speaking to the likes of him. Harry chuckled to himself very quietly before turning to Ashton, who bit his lip and distracted himself with the strings of his hoodie. Finally, Harry turned to Niall, seeing if he’d respond.

Niall looked a bit confused as he looked at both Luke and Ashton, “We’re looking for a place to train.” As Niall spoke, Luke turned back around, punching Niall’s shoulder.

“Shut up, don’t tell him shit!” Luke cursed, his eyes shifting from Niall and Harry, “They’re going to report this all to Liam. You can’t trust these two. They’re shady as hell.” Luke was now shaking his finger at the two from the south, but Niall wasn’t bothered one bit. However, the new face, Michael, rushed to Luke in anger.
