I walked out of the Starbucks, carrying my dragon fruit refresher in my hand. I felt my phone buzz from its place in my pocket. I found a bench to sit on to check my phone and I sat quickly, taking a sip of my drink while I turned my phone on. I saw a text from my friend, y/f/n. She said, "Where are you?! I need advice! That guy from lunch the other day texted back!" I rolled my eyes and laughed to myself. I replied, "I just went on a small Starbucks run. I'll be at your place in a few. Text me a screenshot of your convo though."

Once I pressed send, I saw someone standing in front of me. It was a rather cute boy wearing a white dress shirt and black jeans and suspenders. I smiled to myself when I saw him because he was really cute. He had rosy cheeks and brown hair with brown eyes that complemented his hair perfectly.

I didn't want to seem like I was staring though, so I quickly looked to the ground. "Hi, I'm Zach. I saw you from across the mall," He said, "And I thought you were really cute. I was wondering if I could give you this rose." I looked back up and met his gaze. I nodded shyly and accepted the rose he was holding out to me.

"Could I sing you a song?" I raised an eyebrow but nodded again, more slowly this time. And then I heard a guitar from behind him. A boy with shocking blue eyes and brown hair strummed the guitar lightly and Zach began to sing. "Take the time with me tonight, we can feel free tonight, nobody gotta know." Then the boy with the guitar, as well as 3 other boys, one with blonde hair, one with incredibly curly hair, and one with brown hair joined in. To be honest their voices were beautiful. I was blushing profusely the whole time.

When they finished the song, I was really sad it was over. The man that had been recording the whole thing ushered the boys along and two of them waved at me. I was going to head to my car, because I still had to drive to y/f/n's house, when I heard Zach call out to wait. I turned to him slowly. "Yes?" He grinned for some reason and I smiled back, still confused. "I just wanted to tell you that I really did think you were beautiful from across the room. It wasn't just for the video." I smirked at him. He really was simply adorable. "Ok? Is that all or was there something else..."

"Actually, I was also going to ask for your number?" He said, though it came out more as a question. I grinned at him. "Of course." He pulled out his phone and opened the contacts app. After he opened a new contact, he handed me his phone. I put my name and number and then handed his phone back to him. He smiled and then one of the other boys called his name. "Sorry y/n, I guess I have to go." I nodded and watched as he walked in the other direction, turning to wave at me a few steps away. I waved back and then headed in the direction of my car.

Once I got in my car, I finally let out the squeal that I had been holding in since Zach approached me.

A few moments later, I got a text from an unknown number.

"Hey y/n! It's Zach"
