2: A different person?

After Miss Kanasuji finished there homeroom class they had the opening ceremony for the year. Whilst walking back to class Leo told Dijei everything that has been going on the last few weeks.

To which Dijei laughs. 'You always wanted to pull this prank or surprise to us, since the moment you left.' Dijei says.

Leo starts laughing cause of this and they both walk past a classroom when they suddenly hear Leo his name being called from classroom: 1-A.

'Leo? is that you?' they hear in a girl's voice.

And as they turn around they see a girl with with blue hair and eyes with her hair in a tail to the side. Leo is confused since he is trying to figure out who it is. While suddenly Dijei says: 'Good morning Kaede'

To which in shock Leo responds: 'Kaede?? Wait! Kaede Takeda!?'

Kaede is Yuuki's little sister who is in the same year as Leo's little sister Maaya. 'I am sorry for not recognizing you earlier.' says Leo.

Kaede puffs up her cheeks and says irritated: 'I never thought you would forget Yuuki's cute little sister!'

To which Dijei and Leo both laugh. 'Sorry, Sorry' says Leo whilst laughing.

'We need to get back or Miss Kanasuji is gonna get angry at us'

says Dijei while pulling Leo along.

Back in class they got the message that they were free to roam the school grounds till 4 pm. Because it was the first day of school everybody was making friends and talking to each other.

Leo was also one of these people. Since he moved back from Australia this summer, He got a lot of questions about what he likes and what his hobbies are.

He remembers someone also asking what type girl he likes.

to which Leo responded: 'I don't look for a type of girl, just a girl that i fall for.' This answer to everybody's surprise was an answer they didn't see coming.

While walking outside with Dijei. Leo was in his habit of thinking out loud again. 'So i surprise Yuuki, Dijei, Kaede.. mhmm? who is left? Ah right.. Shoji' To which Dijei started laughing. 'You are thinking out loud again Leo.' says Dijei putting his hand on his shoulder.

'Sorry, Sorry' says Leo apologetic.

While apologizing they walk past the gymnasium to which Leo laughingly responds: 'I can hear the basketball shoes sqeek over here! What a sound!' They both laugh. 'So you can gonna sign up for the basketball club tomorrow on recruitment day?' asks Dijei. ' I am not sure yet to be honest with you Dijei. I am considering all possibilities.'

he says while sighing. ' If I can't find anything I would like, then yes I will play basketball again. But I am trying to expand my hobbies.'

says Leo. Dijei caught off guard by what Leo just said. He is left speechless for the next couple of minutes till he stops walking cause they reached the changing room of the soccer club and says: 'What happened to you this Summer? Leo? You don't act like your usual self when we call on LINE.'

To which Leo sighs and says: 'Nothing is wrong Dijei. It's just I ain't the same person I was 5 years ago and this summer. Keep that in mind.' Dijei now left in shock on how mature Leo responded to his question and the look in his friend's eyes. As he sees Leo walk off in the distance he stands in the hallway stunned by the look in the eyes of his friend. A look that pierces right through you and let's you see a serious Leo. Leo has a past of never being serious and always laughing about everything. So Dijei seeing his friend this way is a shock.
