A full 2 months have passed and Leo is now fully focused on school and basketball. He also frequently hangs out with Dijei, Minori and the others. Maaya still comes to his apartment almost every day after school if she has nothing to do.Summer break is also close around the corner. And all of the crew have been planning what they can do during the summer break.So they came up with the idea to study hard in the first 2 weeks. Then switch up the pace and relax for a week. And then the last week of the Summer break go back to studying hard.The last week for the Summer started and It's Friday already. Leo who is walking to school with Dijei. Which the both of them started to doing after a while. (Dijei passes Leo's apartment every morning to school so they put 2 together and decided to walk to school together everyday.'Did you make you Japanese homework Leo?' asks Dijei with a smug face whilst looking at Leo. 'You know that after barely using my Japanese in Australia that I forgot most of the grammar and stuff!' answers Leo. 'So stop asking me every time we got homework or a test is coming up.' he giggles. 'You are right. You'll be fine like always. I still don't get how can you be popular, smart and a beast on the court! Its like your 3 different people thrown in to one. But for some reason you always forget your homework.' Says Dijei laughing loudly.'Oh shut up will ya!' says Leo with a grin as he punches Dijei's shoulder.One other thing that happened in the 2 months is that Leo is not a transfer student anymore, but he is now known as the Mister Popular.And Leo doesn't really like it. Since he doesn't really want to be popular. So during the lunch breakes he tends to eat in the classroom or outside in the plaza. (Since these two locations are the least crowded.)But most of the time Leo just let's it happen. 'So I heard another girl confessed to you last week huh?' asks DJ. 'Yeah, that marks the 5th one already. It's kind of annoying me now.' Sighs Leo.'I just can't catch a break from all of it.' says Leo who yawns at the end of it.'Rough night?' they hear behind them. And as they turn around they see Yuuki and Kaede walking behind them.'Good morning, Yuuki and Kaede.' say Leo and DJ both.'Yeah I didn't really get any sleep tonight.' mumbles Leo as he looks towards the ground.The day passes quickly and Leo is walking to his locker to get his shoes. When a note falls out of his locker.You guessed it another letter that asks if Leo can come meet someone behind the gymnasium.While walking over to the meeting place, He sees Minori talking to some of her friends. She spots him and waves. To which Leo waves back and moves on.'O-ii Minori? Isn't that the hot and popular guy?' asks one of her friends. 'Well I guess so? I hang out with him quite a lot. We talk a lot on LINE as well.' she says.'EHH?!?!? Really? Can you give me his ID?' asks the same friend.Minori sighs. 'I don't think I can do that to him. I think he has enough girls falling over him as it is.' she responds.'But I am gonna go and talk to him. I'll see you all tomorrow.' she says as she walks away."Now... where did Leo go? I guess the Gymnasium" Minori thinks and decides to walk to the Gymnasium.As she arrives she hear a girls voice and sees Leo standing there."Is he getting A CONFESSION?" she says to herself.'I am sorry, I can't do that. I am currently not looking for a relationship.' says Leo as he bows to the girl. 'Oh, may I ask Serizawa-senpai? Is there someone you are interested in?' asks the girl in a shy voice.'Well.. Maybe, I don't know this girl for that long so I don't know if I have feelings for her. But you can say that I am interested in her. Yes.' says Leo while scratching his nose.'I really appreciate you telling me your feelings. But I have to go to Basketball practice. I don't want the captain to yell at me again..'says Leo as he runs off. "Shoot.. I need to hide" thinks Minori. But she is already too late as Leo sees her standing around the corner.Leo stops in shock. Looks at her and pulls her along. 'Leo? Stop.'says Minori as they arrive at the lockers. 'Why did you pull me with you?' she asks. 'I don't know I did it without thinking! My bad.'he responds. "What was she doing there in the first place? Her Club is on the other side of the building." thinks Leo.'If you want to know I was looking to talk to you about something. But you were busy with that girl when I arrived. So I kind of heard all of it.' she says while looking shyly to the ground.'Oh well that's fine. What did you want to talk about?' asks Leo'Well this weekend everyone cancelled for going to the city and arcades. So I was wondering if we should go another time?' responds Minori.'Well we can still go together since both of us didn't really get to chance to talk and learn about each other. So I think this is actually a great chance to do that.' says Leo.'Okay, so just the two of us? Should we meet at the station that day?'says Minori while blushing.'Sure, does around 10 sounds good?' asks Leo.'Yeah that's fine!' Responds Minori.'Alright I'll see you then. Okay? I really have to hurry to practice now!'Yells Leo as he runs off towards the gymnasium with his basketball attire.
"I hope captain won't be mad at me again." thinks Leo when running to practice. Where he gets scolded at again by Sakoto, who is the captain this year. 'I am sorry, Sakoto. I had to take care of some things first.' says Leo catching his breath. 'As long as you put 120% effort in this practice you won't hear me complain. MOVE!!' says Sakoto using his captain role to push Leo around. 'Copy that!' yells Leo while running to do a warming up.
