At age 17, a young brunet sits at a desk filling out paperwork. Caramel eyes catch a shadow moving toward the desk. "Welcome back, Reborn."
The shadow smiles and onyx eyes meet the brunet's. "I'm back, Dame-Tsuna."
The raven haired man dropped a letter on Tsuna's desk. The brunet snatches up the letter, grabs the letter opener, and sees what's inside. A letter and a orientation booklet to Hope's Peak.
"Dear Tsunayoshi Sawada,
We would like to invite you to join us at Hope's Peak Academy. We hope that you would join us as the Super Highschool Level Boss. We await your arrival.
The Headmaster"
Tsuna looks at Reborn. "Why would I go? My intuition says that it is dangerous, Reborn."
Reborn answers quickly. With every word, he gets closer to Tsuna. "Because, mio amore, there is something going on. And since most of the others are going to be civilians, who else would protect them." By now he is hovering a few centimeters from his face.
Tsuna pouts but closes the distance to peck Reborn on the cheek. "Okay, I'll go. Just make sure my guardians don't kill each other."
A sadistic smirk slides across Reborn's face. Tsuna knows that he just set the devil on his friends but they should have considered that fact before destroying half the property.

Tsuna steps up towards the gate, bag in hand. His intuition is warning him that if he takes one more step, there is no coming back.
Breathing deeply he steps onto the campus and all fades to black.

Tsuna wakes up in a classroom. There are thick metal plates on the walls. On the chalkboard it says that orientation will start in the gym at 8 o'clock. Tsuna looks around and one question runs through his mind.
"Aren't I supposed to be at Hope's Peak Academy?"
