Sunday

10.35a.m.

When I woke up, Drew was no where to be found, as suspected. I sat up straight not wanting to get dizzy when I stand. After a few seconds, I got up and walked out the door after putting my jacket on.

I walked down the stairs and complete shock fills me. Two bodies passed out on the floor. Unfortunately, they belonged to Keaton and Wes.

I quickly rushed to their sides. They were lying not far from each other, only about five inches away. Their face black and blue everywhere. Keaton's nose was bleeding and Wesley had a black eye.

The floor creaked as I bent down. Thank god they were still breathing. I gently touched Keaton's face, hearing him wince startled me a bit. He opened his eyes and touched my face.

" W-What happened? Oh shit, is Wes alright? Did I do that? " he asked trying to get up but failing. He winced at the pain.

" That was what I was going to ask you, young man. But first, do you need to go to the hospital? " I asked worried. He half smiled.

" I'm alright. How's Wes? " I smiled and shrugged. He was adorable, even though Wes was probably the one who gave him the bloody nose he still cares about him. I wonder why he was lying though, we both know that he needs to treat those injuries.

" I'm going to help you up and bring you to the couch, okay? " he frowned but nodded. I carefully slung one of his arms around my neck then grabbing his waist with the other hand. He was trying not to scream as he started to walk. I quickly got him to the couch and sat him down.

I went to bring Wesley to the couch and he woke up immediately.

" Ahh. My spine... " he winced. I quickly got him to sit down.

" Shhhh I'll take you to the hospital later okay? " I kissed his cheek. He smiled and nodded. It seems that Wesley was more injured that Keaton.

I got the two Advil's and water which I left on the table yesterday and gave it to them. I got my cell phone out and called Drew.

It rang a few times and he finally answered.

" Hey Mads. " he said rather cheerfully.

" Drew, did you see what happened? " I asked.

" What what? What's going on? " he asked sounding slightly worried.

" What time did you leave and where are you? " I said getting a bit frustrated.

" I left to meet Jenny at nine. " I glanced over at Keats and Wes.

" You gotta come home quick. Right now. " I said tapping my foot.

" Okay, I'm on my way. " I quickly hung up as Keaton started rolling off the couch. I quickly grabbed him and positioned him straight. He groaned.

" That's it Keaton. Drew is coming back in a while and you're going to the hospital whether you like it or not. " he frowned. I cocked an eyebrow at him.

" I'm afraid of hospitals.... " he said looking down. I giggled and smiled.

" It's okay, I'll be right by your side. " I reassured him.

" At all times? " he asked.

" At all times. " I confirmed placing my hand on his.

Keaton Stromberg

I had no idea what was going on. Everything was such a blur and my head was pounding. I was really happy that Maddison would stay with me at all times. She's so beautiful I wish I could just hug her tight and never let go until I die. But well, if I actually did that, I'd die in seconds due to my condition.

Maddy had went down to the basement to get the first aid kit after I told her where it was. I looked over at Wes and my smile slowly faded. I couldn't believe it. How could we do this to each other? We hardly even fight but then again we haven't really spoken as much since we had that talk about Maddison...

Flashback ( 2 days ago )

I was sitting in my room staring up at the ceiling when I heard a knock on the door.

" Come in. " I said just before Wesley walked in.

" Hey Keats, can we talk? " Wes asked sounding slightly nervous. I cocked an eyebrow at him and nodded. " Look, it's about Maddie. " I could tell Wesley likes her, and he could probably tell that I like her too. Well, hopefully not.

" What about her? " I asked trying not to sound too suspicious.

" Well, I really like her and I wanted to ask you how I should ask her out. ", he looked away blushing. My heart stopped beating for a second. So Wesley really did liked her. I tried to hide my sadness and forced a smile on my face.

" Are you sure about her? " I asked trying to make sure. Hoping he'd say no but expecting a yes.

" Absolutely, bro. Since you're quite close to her I thought you'd know. " he looked at me with eyes full of hope and trust.

Wesley is my brother. We grew up together. He's always by my side, and I by his, no matter what. What am I supposed to do? Betray him? I can't do that. He's my brother, I love him.

I put on a fake smile, " From what I've heard from her, I think she likes you too. " It hurt.

Wes has higher chances of being with Maddie than I do anyways. We've never even went anywhere close to a relationship. Maddie and I can't be together...right?

" So here's what you should do.... " I started.
