Ophelia woke from her nightmare with a large gasp. She sat up, letting out a sigh as she ran a hand through her curly brown hair. It seemed as though she had been having the same nightmare every night for months. It started with the harvest girl and the male witch and ended with glimpses of what was yet to come.

She turned her head to see that the clock on the wall read that it was only midnight. She removed the blanket covering her and stood up. She walked throughout the compound, searching for Klaus. She was soon stopped by Elijah, who looked somewhat concerned, "What is it?" Ophelia asked the male vampire curiously.

"I need you to talk to him," Elijah told her, referring to Klaus, "He won't speak to me. But I know he will speak to you. He always does. He needs you."

Ophelia was silent for a long moment, nodding her head. With that, she walked past him and entered the room that was supposed to belong to Hope, Klaus' daughter, before she was forced to leave with Rebekah.

She found Klaus standing at the window, looking down the French Quarter. She sighed, making her way over to him. Klaus didn't bother to turn when he sensed Ophelia walking over to him, he continued to look out at the French Quarter longingly.

Ophelia stood beside him and placed a comforting hand on his back, "We're going to get the city back and Hope," She reminded him and Klaus immediately turned to her, an angered look on his face.

"You're lying," He replied coldly, "You continue to utter those words, but it isn't true. There is no hope. The Guerreras will continue to rule the quarter while we're stuck here and my daughter is forced to stay as far away from here as humanly possible."

"Don't think like that, Klaus," Ophelia argued, shaking her head, "You need to have hope if you want Hope back," She paused, realizing how odd her sentence had sounded, "Don't even think about making a comment on how stupid that just sounded."

Ophelia hoped for Klaus to give her a somewhat smile, but he didn't. He hadn't smiled ever since Hope was forced to leave the city. She knew his pain, but at that moment, she wasn't feeling that emotion like he and Hayley was. The two of them were the only ones who knew how each other felt, Ophelia didn't and she couldn't do anything about it.

"I don't want to talk," Klaus told her and Ophelia immediately nodded her head.

"I understand," She replied, "But I'm still staying with you, even if it's in silence. You still need someone to be here by your side. I intend to be that person."

Klaus simply nodded, not uttering a single word as he looked out the window. Ophelia moved closer to him, standing at his side as they both looked out the window together.

As she looked out the window, she felt how much she missed ruling the city. It had been months and she missed the days where she was queen. Technically, all she was now was the queen of nothing. She lost the vampires, she lost the wolves, and the witches were trying to kill her, just as they always were, but now, it was worse than it ever was. The witches wanted her dead more than they ever did before. They wanted her power to fuel their community.

Her power was strong enough to fuel their community for at least a millennium and they wanted nothing more than to obtain it. But the Mikaelsons would never let that happen. Ophelia was considered family and in no way would they let the witches get ahold of her.

The following morning, Ophelia was fetching herself a glass of blood in the kitchen when Elijah approached her, "How did the meeting with the Guerreras go?" She asked Elijah curiously, turning to face him with a glass of blood in her right hand.

"I've obtained the warehouse. I made the excuse that it's a historical spot," he informed the female tribrid, "You were right. Those pipes could definitely be used in our favor if we were to trap the wolves. If we find enough Wolfsbane, we could hijack the water supply and lace it with the Wolfsbane."
