Walking through the town, Gwen stops at a stall occasionally when something catches her eye. This is a common occurrence for the new Queen, the woman not wanting to become distant with the people that are now truly her own. Gwen isn't wearing anything fancy in an attempt to blend in better to avoid unwanted attention, but despite this the shopkeepers she talks to all know who she is no matter the clothing.

About to step up to another stall, Gwen sees an oddly shaped bird fly directly over herself, and not a second after a distant, but distinct roar fills the air, causing the towns people around her to break into a frenzy, many running for the castle while others dive for cover. Gwen looks up, and despite knowing that there is a Dragon Lord in the castle she is still shot through with terror at the sight of three dragons circling about the castle.

Another roar pierces through the air, but this time it comes, oddly, from the training grounds. Thinking that somehow a dragon has snuck up on the training knights, most of who would be defenceless against a fire attack, Gwen breaks into a run, hiking her dress up to not trip over it, and makes her way to the castle. When Gwen sees a knight running up to fellow knights she pushes herself to catch up, her chest burning from having to run up an incline to get to the point she is at now. Luckly, catching the knight's attention with a yell of the man's name, Gwen is able to catch up and ask what orders he's delivering to his comrades.

"My Queen, King Arthur has ordered that no one is to attack the dragons unless physically provoked."

Frowning, and rightly assuming that there's more to these dragons then what meets the eye, Gwen sends the knight to continue his task, telling him to use any servant he passes so the word can get to the knight's faster.

Running into the castle after the knight, Gwen runs to a corridor that over looks the training field. From her spot off the ground, Gwen has a cold shiver race through her everytime she sees one of the circling dragon's shadows pass over the grounds. Looking down and around as best she can from the narrow window, Gwen watches at the knight's scatter to put on armor and grab weapons under the words of Sir Leon and Sir Roberts.

Watching at the training grounds clear of men, Gwen is about to leave after a few minutes and see if her husband is somewhere in the castle when a figure appears above the treeline. Squinting, Gwen can see that it's either another dragon, or one from over head that at some point, between her being outside and getting to her current position, flew out to where ever it landed in the forest. Watching as the dragon swiftly approaches, and realizing that it'll likely be upon the castle in less than a minute, Gwen races to the closest staircase and bursts onto a open walkway above the inner wall, catching the attention of the knights that were stationed there.

"Queen Guinevere! You must get back inside! These beasts could attack at any moment!" the closest knight shouts, the man with a spear in hand and a sword at his hip.

Gwen walks to stand next to the man, looking over at the still approaching dragon, of which she can now see is copper in color. "King Arthur ordered for no harm to come upon the dragons unless they attack first; were you men told of this?" Turning to look at the knight, Gwen watches as he shakes his head. "Spread the word to the others, I don't believe attacking them unprovoked will lead to anything good."

Nodding to his Queens orders, the knight starts to run down the path atop the wall, spreading the words of his King and Queen.

Looking back at the copper dragon, Gwen can now make out a few details, such as the ram-like horns on its head, and the fact that it is close to half the size of the Great Dragon, though seems to be smaller still. Noticing something odd about the curve of its back, Gwen squints in an attempt to see more clearly, but before she can see what it is the knight that was previously next to the one that left speaks up. "Is someone riding the copper dragon?"
