Back to when Ian wanted to visit his sister...
Ian's POV
I walked a couple of minutes to arrive at my sister's clinic.
"Hey sis." I greeted her
"Oh, hey Ian. Wait... Why did you smell like Ginger?" she asked sniffing slightly
"Ginger? Is that a pet name? Where did I have heard before? " I asked back trying to piece together my memory of a thing named Ginger
"Oh, never mind. He's a hamster and another patient of mine. His owner is a very caring lady. She is totally a good figure of a great Luna." she said with sigh, lowering her voice at the last sentence.
"Yeah she is. How I wish I can get to know her" I agreed automatically, nodding my head a little sad.
"Do you even know her name?" she asked curiously
"Unfortunately, no" I replied, dissapointed
"Well. Why did you come here by the way?" my sister knows there's something wrong about my answer so she changed the topic. See... How I love my sister.
"Nothing just wanting to see my only sister. Did you know that father will be going to France for 3 months?"
"Yeah, I did. They told me that 4 days ago. Well my little bro, good luck on being a good alpha." Isabelle said, patting my back
"Hey! I'm little anymore " I whined much to my saying of not being little anymore.
"Sure, you are and will forever be my only little brother" she winks and I stick my tongue out
We chatted a little then I went to a hotel for I don't want to see my father's face at the pack's house.
Before call it a day, I decided to call James, my beta and best friend.
"Hey dude, how's it going?" he asked once I called him
"Quite stressing. Can you do me a favour?"
"Yeah, sure. What is it?"
"Can you hacked my sister's computer to go through her patients' data?"
"That's bloody easy. Then?" he asked in curiosity and excitement
"Then, I want you to look through the owner of a hamster named Ginger? The owner must be a female, okay?" I ordered in small amount of authority.
"Right. I'll do it. But what will I get in return?" he mischievously asked.
I mentally face palm myself. Urghhh... Why do I have such a cheapskate pal?
"Fine... You can have the gym to your self for the next whole week." I said in defeat. James just love working out alone with zero interruption.
"And....?" he added
"Oh my God... Alright, alright. And you can have the playing room to yourself too" I continued, rubbing my face up and down.
"Yesss... Thanks, mate. I'll give you the information tomorrow. Remember the deals. Bye. See ya" with that, he cut the line.
Good, now I can sleep peacefully.
