Allison's POV

"Rise and shine, Unnie!!! Uhhh.. Why is your room so cold? " Andrea said shrilly through my ear while shivering. Is it that chill? Urmmm. Didn't notice that

"ughh.. What day is it today?" I asked sleepily, pulling the cover to my face since she was turning me to deaf and the sun is blinding me. Last night's heat is too much to handle. It was full moon. No doubt I was going through heat. It was all started when I was 16. Every night of the full moon, I would feel as if me, myself was burned alive. I didn't dare to tell my parents, so I just zipped my mouth and bear with that.

"It's 12:25 p.m. 3rd March, Saturday. There are some pancakes for you. Mum cooked them. You should be down now if you want to have your breakfast or more like brunch because Char is quite starving. He just came back home from his 24 hours on call of duty" She informed in singsong tone, walking out of my room

"And oh, yeah. Don't you have your part time job at hour 14:00, 2:00p.m.?" She asked again peeking her head out to me from my door

"yeah, right. Thanks for telling me. I'll be down in a bit" I replied feeling a little grateful to still have the chance to eat my favourite honey pancakes. Even though my beauty sleep is completely ruined.

I turned to my left bedside to check my little hamster out.

"Hey, Ginger. Good afternoon, mate. Are you ready to get bath?"

no movement

"Ginger?" I opened her little cage only to see him not moving an inch in my palm. Only his very abnormal slow breath is the only thing I can feel. Panic rushed into me.

"No, no no.. You can't be dead yet. Please hold on." I talked to him or particularly to no one. I quickly brushed my teeth and changed to something presentable which consists of black sweatshirt, pants.

After changing, I picked Ginger along with his cage to the nearest veterinary clinic. Hoping into my car, leaving my confused parents and siblings at the living room.

There's only one thing in my mind, Ginger.
Please hold on my Ginger.

-------- at the veterinarian

"Hello, I'm Doctor Isabelle Taylor. What can I help you miss?" a beautiful brown haired woman in her late twenties asks me as she saw me rushing towards the clinic

"Ma-my ha-hamster isn't look very well" I said panting heavily, raising my left hand as to show her my Ginger in his cage

"Come on, follow me." she said leading me to a room where she started to examine and run a few tests to my baby.

Doctor Isabelle's POV

"How is he, doctor?" she asked a little impatient and worried.

"He is fine. He just went to hibernation. I see, you must turn on the temperature of your air conditioner the way too low." I said

"Oh really? I'm sorry. I didn't notice that." she asked

" It's okay, sweetie. You should know he could only live in approximately between 65-75 degrees Fahrenheit. And I can tell that you know, you can't put his housing at strong heat sources. It's not good for him to get direct sunlight or, near wood stoves or fireplaces. That's a good job there." I praised her
"I would suggest you too to not really use too much air conditioner or you can just set alarm so the AC can turn off automatically." I suggests, smiling
