Night OF The Fireflies [Final Chapter]

Final Chapter 

"Hachiro...san...."

That voice...its not posible. Hachiro thought. 

Hachiro looked over the edge of the balcony and among the fireflies he saw long red hair and a pair of brilliant eyes that looked up to him. Yachiro......

"Hachiro-san..."Yachiro called to Hachiro with tears in his eyes in which was illuminated by the light of teh fireflies.

Hachiro stummbled back into the glass door, he was shocked and for a moment words could not leave his lifts. He then rushed off dow the hall towards the stairs.

Yachiro stood on teh field among the fireflies that swarm her and laying on his long red hair. The he heard a voice.

"Yachiro......"

Yachiro immediately turned around, and as he moved the little breeze caught his hair blowing it and the fireflies raised flying off.

"Hachiro-san...you came." Yachiro said trying to hold back the tears, but it just kept coming. 

HAchiro walked up to Yachiro, "What are you doing here?" He asked as he stood before him. He did not want an asnwer to the question though, he wanted more that anything to hold Yachiro in his arms but he feared more than anything that he would push him away. 

Yachiro looked away. He felt a bit ashamed of the things he said when last he saw Hachiro, "I'm sorry Hachiro-san."

Hachirp was shocked, "What..?"

Yachiro, "I did not mean anything i said. I said those things knowing that if i pushed you away things might have went back to the way it was." he said.

"SO what is the problem."

"Things stayed the same...my feelings never changed." Yachiro said as he grabbed to his chest. "I can't get rid of my feeling for Hachiro-san..but.."

"But....What?"

Yachiro looked Hachiro in his eyes, "I'm scared.....i don't want to face my family alone." HE said as he began to sob, "I'm scared. I'm sorry.....I'm sorry." Yachiro turned to run off, "I don't know why i came here, I'm sorry."

Hachiro grabbed Yachiro's hand. 

Yachiro stopped he was shocked and the tears stopped as he went silent.

"You knew why you came here.....I can't stop thinking about you...I've tried..nothing works." Hachiro said softly.

Yachiro turned to Hachiro shaking his head, "We can't be together..." and the tears began to flow once more, "What's gonna happen with our families...they will kill you of they find out. I will never see the light of day again." Yachiro sobbed.

Hachiro looked Yachiro in the eyes, "By day one way by night another." he said softly. "We will face our family together, i won't leave you alone. The night time belongs to us for as long as we are here....when we graduate senior year of collage..would you leave this country with me."

"Yes, Hachiro-san." Yachiro answered.

"Them it's a promise on the night among the fireflies that will always remind us." Hachiro said as he pulled Yachiro into his arms.

The Fireflies circled Hachiro and Yachiro in the darkness of the night that was illuminated by their light.
