the familiar tune filled his ears as he drove back home from work. it was her favorite and although he found it a bit annoying, he'd say he loved it and crank up the volume whenever she was around. well, not only when she around because she no longer sat next to him in the passenger seat, yet he put the volume up as he quietly hummed the words. he wishes she was there with him singing along to this song.
