Hercules x Reader

(Y/N)'s POV

My stupid friends dragged me to this bar again.. And they left me by myself. Surrounded by creepy drunk guys. I hate my friends. I looked around and saw something strange. It was four, seemingly drunk men around a table. Two of them were standing on the table, earning confused glances from everyone around them. The tall one was stood laughing, with his phone aimed at them. Even without standing on the table he was almost as tall as the other two. 

The other friend was really cute. He had a drink in one hand,and he was facepalming with the other. You giggled slightly at their amusing behaviour, when you saw him glance at you. You felt your face heat up slightly, as he quickly turned away.

Mulligan's POV

My friends are crazy. I stood beside them, facepalming. Alex and John were stood on the table, wailing "I MAY NOT LIVE TO SEE OUR GLORY" at the top of their lungs, their words slurred. Laf was recording them, while trying not to laugh, but failing. Damn I didn't realise how tall he was. 

I looked around the room, and saw a beautiful girl sat at the bar.I looked at her in awe for a while, then we shared awkward eye contact for a few seconds. I turned away and blushed. I tapped Lafayette on the shoulder, "Should I go talk to that girl over there? She's really cute". He smirked at me, "Mon ami, you like someone? And yeah, I don't see why not. She looks lonely". I smiled at him and started to walk towards her. I was beaten by a short-ish man, strutting up to her. 

(Y/N)'s POV 

I looked up from my phone and saw a smirking face. "Um hello?", I groaned, annoyed. Whenever I go to bars, creepy men usually come up to me and try to hit on me. I'm sick of it now. He combed his fingers through his hair, looking like jacob sartorius, "Hey, beautiful. What's your name?".

 I sighed "My name's (y/n). I'm waiting for someo-" I was cut off by the man moving closer to me, which made me uncomfortable, "shhh, you have a gorgeous name, could I get your number by any chance?". I moved further away from him, "Sorry, but I'm waiting for my boyfriend". He glared at me, but his face then turned into a smirk, "That doesnt matter, I'm Charles. Charles Lee."

Mulligan's POV

 I saw the scene in front of me and i clenched my fist. I hadn't heard the conversation, but I could tell what was happening by her awkwardly moving her seat away from him. Charles Lee can be horrible sometimes. I tried to calm down, so I didn't hurt anyone, most likely Charles Lee, so I walked over calmly. I smiled at the cute girl and put my arm around her, "hi babe, who's this? Is he your friend?". I heard her sigh in relief, "Hi, this is Charles Lee." I saw Lee gulp and his face went pale, "I have to go-!". He ran off and the cute girl turned to face me, "Thank you so much! Um, my name's (y/n)". 

I blushed slightly and smiled, rubbing the back of my neck nervously, "I'm Hercules Mulligan."  I broke the awkward silence, by saying, "Uh I am meant to be going to a party with my friends over there," I pointed to Lafayette, Laurens, and Alex, "They all have dates, but I don't.. I was wondering if you wanted to go? I-it's okay if you don't want to.."

(Y/N)'s POV

I saw Hercules' face dusted with pink. I blushed and smiled, "Yeah sure!" He grinned at me, "Okay, would you like my number? I c-could text you to tell you when it is..". 

I nodded, "Thanks Hercules, for getting that creepy guy away. It always happe-" I almost finished my sentence but I yawned. Hercules looked at me concerned, "you seem tired, would you like me to walk you home?". I stood up and held his arm , "yes please." 

No one's POV

Hercules and (y/n) walked home, linking arms. When they arrived at her house, he turned to face her, "Umm I look forward to seeing you again.." He blushed and looked away. She laughed at his adorable behaviour, "Me too, thank you for walking me home." She hugged him, which made him blush more, if that was even possible. They said goodbye to eachother and she walked into her house, shutting the door behind her. Mulligan texted the groupchat, which consisted of him, Laurens, Lafayette and Hamilton, saying "I think I like someone"
