I looked behind me to see Archie running to me in jeans and a white shirt. Damn, why did he have to make everything so damn hard? I wanted to pounce right that second.
"Hey Arch."
He caught up to me.
"What's up?"
"I know you're probably tired from tonight, but I was wondering if you wanted to see a movie at the drive in with me?"
I stopped abruptly.
"Like a date? Remember what I said Archie."
"I know Ronnie. I remember. Toni and Sweet Pea are coming too. I will pay for everything. Like popcorn, soda, candy, or even the fucking movie. Please, Ron! It will be fun. So what do you say? Come with us?"
"Fine."
What I didn't know was that night was gonna be a start to a disaster. ———————————- I heard a knock on my door. I opened to see Toni.
"Hey, Toni. I suppose you're here to pick me up."
"Yep, you're right! Let's go!"
She grabbed my hand and pulled me to a truck. I had never seen it before. I hopped in and saw Sweet Pea and Archie. Archie was driving. He had his hair slicked back while his arm was glued to the wheel. His other arm was running through his hair. That was hot.
"Hey, Ron!"
"Hi, Sweet Pea."
I could see Archie smirk in the mirror.
"So what movie are we going to see?"
"Rebel without a Cause."
"Ah, an oldie."
"But Goldie."
I smirked at him in the mirror as he speeded off to the drive-in. ——————————- "Archie."
We were currently sat in the back of the truck with blankets wrapped about us. Sweet Pea and Toni has seen some other serpents and went off to their vehicle. I was currently ready to jump on Archie. He was teasing me and I couldn't take it anymore. His hand was so close to my-
"Archie!"
I whisper yelled that part.
"You know what I think I'm gonna get some food."
I grabbed his hand taking it out of my panties and then dropped it on the truck. I stood up, but Archie pulled me back down.
"Don't be long baby."
I rolled my eyes and hopped out of the truck. I then headed for the food stand. —————————— "Um, could I have a small popcorn with 2 small Dr. Peppers please?"
The clerk then left to get my items.
"Aw look Reggie. She ordered a drink for her imaginary friend."
Damn it. I turned to see Betty Cooper and her group. Reggie Mantle, Moose Mason, Jason Blossom, and the one and only Cheryl Blossom.
"Betty, why would waste money on something that isn't real?"
"Isn't that what your parents did? Because last time I checked you were a fake ass bitch and your parents waste money on you."
"Ouch, that realllllly hurt. Right back at ya."
She stomped her foot and rolled her eyes.
"Shut up, Lodge. You're irrelevant to this world."
"Again. Ouch reallllly hurt. I think I might need to go to the doctor for some pain medication!"
"You're are so annoying!"
"You're the one that stopped my at the food stand."
"Excuse me miss. Heres your things."
"Wait let me help you."
Reggie takes the drinks from him and did something he would probably regret later. —————————- -arch- I was sitting waiting for Veronica until a girl with orange hair came running to the truck.

"Hi um. Are you Archie?"
I sat up when she said my name. Was Veronica okay?
"Yes, why?"
"It's Veronica."
As I heard her name, I jumped out of the truck.
"Show me where she is."
The girl nodded her head and motioned for me to follow her. ——————————— By the time I got to Veronica, was too late. I saw as a boy dumped two drinks on her head while a dumb blonde threw popcorn at her.
"Oh no-"
"Hey!"
All of them turned to look at me, including Veronica. Oh, that poor girl. I walked over to her. I helped her up off the floor.
"I'm okay Archie-"
"What the hell did she ever do to you?! Don't even touch her again or you will be hearing from me and my fists."
Before they could answer me, I grabbed Ronnie's hand and dragged her to the truck. I then drove her to the white worm. ————————— -ronnie- "Archie calm down. I'm fine."
He was cleaning my face with a wet rag.
"I should have gone with you."
"I'm fine. Get some sleep boss. You've got work tomorrow."
I got up to leave but then I realized he needed a gift. I walked back to him and whispered in his ear.
"If you can break boundaries, then I can."
I kissed him. When we pulled away he looked amazed.
"Goodnight, Archikins."
Then I walked to the bathroom to get cleaned and then ready for bed.
