They cautiously walked in, hearing sounds of wailing shadows. They stayed quiet knowing the battle of their life was going to be a hard one. They kept moving as Brooke stopped making them stop. She put something on Jakes neck. A small heart pendant that she had too.

"What's this for Brooke?"

"This helps connect you to your soulmate. You'll need it to find Michael when we are fighting. I can sense the battle is about to begin..." she said seeing three shadows emerge, the three they had all fought before.

"Look who's back to get their butts whooped!" Dustin snickered as they held their weapons, seeing another shadow appear behind them, a bigger shadow than them. It was the king.

"Prince...Dillinger." The king hissed as they held their weapons close. "You three can have the others...but the prince. Is. MINE!" He yelled jumping and tackling Jake as they fell through a shadow portal to his throne room now, as Dustin, Madeline, and Chloe got into a head on Head fight between Brooke, Jeremy, and Rich.

Jake growled as he was thrown into a pillar from the sudden force of the attack. "Is that all you've got?!" He yelled swinging at the king as he dodged getting his own sword out fighting against him now. "What's your problem?! Why did you kidnap Michael?!"

"Why?! Because he is MINE! He is my property and my bride to be!" He hissed as their swords smashed against one another. Jake growled putting more force into his attack.

"He is not property! He's not some prize to be won! He's his own person and should chose who he wants to marry!"

"He has no opinion, he's like every other princess or shadow maiden. He was created to be married off. He's a mindless sheep!" He said hitting the sword out of jakes hands pushing him to the ground. He held the sword tip to his throat. "Any final words your highness."

Jake growled before smirking. "Nope, but I should be asking YOU!" He said reaching behind his back pulling out of of brookes arrows stabbing his hand narrowly dodging the sword from hitting his throat. The king yelled in pain dropping his sword as Jake pushed him to a pillar stabbing another arrow into his other hand pinning him to the pillar. He growled as Jake secured the other arrow in his hand to the pillar as well keeping him from moving. He pulled out one more arrow ready to stab it into his heart...when he thought of Michael...would he accept this? He's not one for something like this. He sighed stabbing it through the king's stomach. "I'm only showing you mercy because I know he wouldn't want this." He said. "But I still wouldn't try and leave if you pull one of those out you'll start bleeding out, and I don't think that's a proper way for a king to die" Jake smirked grabbing his sword and running out leaving the king as he yelled in annoyance.

Jake looked around worried. How the heck would he find Michael in this maze of a castle?! Then, he felt the pendant Brooke put on him glow...it was leading him to Michael! He follows where it wanted to go before it pulled him towards a huge stairwell. He had to be up there. Jake ran up the stairs slashing at the guards who tried to stop him throwing them down the stairs. He got to a locked door, the pendant was almost burning at this point, Michael was in there. Jake used all his force breaking the door down. He coughed from the dust that build up when he and the door hit the ground, he looked up seeing the shaking prince curled up in a ball, holding a small pink rose. He was so scared, it made jakes heart break.

"Your highness?" Jake said worried getting up dusting himself off. Michael lifted his head up letting Jake See he had a black eye now and his glasses were broken. That's what the king must have done to him when the orb broke... "I...I know you probably don't know who I am but I'm here to rescue you, my name is-"

"J-Jake?" Michael said before he could even finish. Jake was surprised how did he know? Did he remember?

"Y-Yeah! Y-you remember me...?"
