Y/n:"what's the occasion? Is sister Matilda going to kick me out now? Is she going to sacrifice me for her sins? Tell her she can do it right now."

Sister Susie:"Oh please Y/n. It's not that. You will see. Let's go, come on"

Y/n:"Just tell me right now. Don't need to be so secretive."

Sister Susie:"Your brother...he's getting adopted..."

~Present~

Y/n:"what? He's getting adopted? No no no"

I ran up the stairs to find Leo and and Mark in the foyer with his aunt.

Mark:"Y/n...Im sorry. I tried-"

Lady:"I hear that this little boy is your brother."

I stared at them. Leo was standing beside her. He was holding her hand with a simple nice outfit. Something that seemed way too expensive. My mouth wouldn't move. I couldn't speak. I was stiff. I couldn't believe what was happening is true.

Y/n:"You...can't. You can't."

Lady:"huh? I can't hear you."

Y/n:"you can't adopt him. That's my brother."

Lady:"we all have siblings don't we? When we grow, we have to go our own ways."

Y/n:"He's only 5. He's my blood and skin. You can't take him from me."

Sister Matilda:"Yes She Can. She already signed the papers. Mrs. Tuan asked to see you so you can say goodbye to your brother"

Y/n:"You can't take him from me. Please hes my responsibility. I can't part ways from him."

Leo:"Y/n...don't cry... you're coming with us right?"

Leo:"you said we would be together. You promised me we would leave this place together."

His face got sad. My heart broke. I hated seeing him sad. I hated the feeling of him feeling depressed.

Y/n:"we will. One day we will be together again Leo. You just wait okay. Wait for me."

Sister Matilda:"stop putting things in the kid's head."

Lady:"we can leave you guys alone so you can say your goodbyes."

Y/n:"no no...please you can't be taking him from me. He's my brother. I need him! And he needs me!"

Sister Matilda:"why don't you go on and take him to your car. This will only take longer than it should be."

She guided them to the door. Mark looked at me with a pained face.

Y/n:"You can't take leo! He needs me! He needs his sister beside him!"

I tried running after then, but the sisters held me back from running towards them.

I yelled out to them as I tried going after them. Mark turned around and got in the car.

Y/n:"Mark you can't betray me like this!"

They began to drive off on the muddy road. My heart was beating fast with rage. I clenched my fists as I was being dragged again. I was locked in my room this time.

Sister Matilda:"you are becoming an adult soon. You must act your age. You are not a little girl anymore for you to be this rebellious."

Y/n:"if it weren't for you! You did this. You caused this!"
