Chapter 24 ♥

'' How many days left? '' Joe asked while carrying Marie. '' She said she'll be back this sunday '' I replied as I shake the baby bottle. '' And you, you look like you're about to explode '' Joe said smiling and I gave him a look. '' Shut up '' I said and he chuckled. '' Grumpy pants '' He said and I rolled my eyes. '' Grumpy pants '' I mocked him and handed him the bottle. '' Have fun '' I smiled and started to walk upstairs. '' Really? '' He asked. '' Yea '' I yelled as i walked inside our bedroom. 

This is the longest honeymood i've ever seen. Three weeks. This week hasn't been good. I've had like two false alarms and Marie hasn't let sleep either. 

'' She's asleep '' Joe said as he walked inside the bedroom. '' everytime you say that she wake's up'' I said. '' Shhh! '' He layed right next to me and I smiled. '' I want to sleep '' He said kissing my shoulder. '' when are you going into labor? '' he whispered. '' Doctor said next week...umm wednesday '' I looked at him. '' What? '' He asked and I smiled. '' Nothing '' He smiled back and pecked my lips. '' I love it when you blush '' he said. '' Shut up '' I pushed him lightly.

'' WE'RE BACK! ''  Selena yelled as she walked inside the house. '' Shush!! '' Joe yelled as he walked towards the kitchen. '' Oh, someone is in a bad mood. '' Selena said and walked inside the livingroom. '' Hey dems... My god you look like your going to explode '' she looked at my belly and giggled. '' Joe said the samething. '' I said while watching Melissa & Joey and eating strawberries. '' Don't you get tired of eating strawberries? '' Nick asked as he sat next to me. '' After I gave birth...yea '' I replied and smiled. '' So, how'd it go? '' I looked at him and he just smiled. '' It was perfect '' He said. '' Hmm, i bet...three weeks '' I said and he chuckled. '' I'm sorry we took so long'' he said. '' You guys are here, that's the important thing'' I smiled.

I walked out of the kitchen, heading to the stairs and suddently I felt running down my legs. I slowly looked down and I saw the famous '' Charco de agua '' I wasn't surprised at all but I was alone. I walked to the livingroom and grabbed the phone and dialed joe's number. '' Hello? '' He answered. '' Joe... water broke '' I said calmed. '' WHAT?! '' he yelled starting to panic. '' Babe, calm down. Just come and pick me up '' I said. '' HOW CAN YOU BE SO CALMED AT A MOMENT LIKE THIS?! '' he asked yelling and i smiled. '' I don't know but hurry '' I said and I could hear him running on the otherside. '' please don't drive like a maniac '' I said. '' Alright, alright, relax, breathe, breathe, I am on my way! '' He said and I chuckled. '' I'm not the one who needs that right now'' I said and hung up.

Joe's POV

'' Are you going to ask if they can let you in? '' Nick asked and looked at me. '' I- I don't know '' I replied nervous. Nick laughed and patted my back. '' dude, calm down..everything is going to be fine '' He smiled and I sighed. '' I just need to be there '' I said. '' Oh my Jesus '' He stood up and walked towards the front desk. I saw him talking and talking and talking, some laughs then, looking at a paper then, laughing again, he pointed at me then, nodded to the recepcionist. He walked back towards me and handed me a paper. '' third floor, room 201 '' He said looking at me. '' that's it? '' i asked and he nodded. '' What else do you need? is your wife giving birth to your son.. they can't forbid you to see him '' Nick smiled and I nodded. '' Now, move that ass! '' He said and i rolled my eyes. 

I stood up and walked towards the elevator. If you could see me right now you'll probably say i look like a chihuahua. I'm shaking like crazy.  Don't judge, it's my first time. I stepped inside the elevator and pressed the third floor botton. This can't be the cold, I swear...this is too much shaking. The doors opened and i stepped out, looking for room 201. I saw two doctors outside a room, Dems gotta be in there. 

'' You're Joseph right? '' One of the doctors asked and i nodded. '' Great, followed me '' he said and walked inside the room and i followed him. he sign me to stand next to her and I did. I grabbed her hand  while with the other hand i wipped the sweat on her forehead. '' Oh my God, Joe '' she said closing her eyes tightly. '' I'm here baby '' I said and she squeezed my hand tightly. '' AHHH!! '' she screamed. 

'' you gotta push as hard as you can, alright? '' one of the doctors said and she slowly nodded. 1..2..3...push! '' he said and demi began to push and at the sametime, she grabbed my hand tightly again. I don't know what's worst, the pain i have in my hand or seeing her in pain.

Three hours later, Demi was on the bed, asleep while i was sitting on a small couch next to her, holding baby Joe. I looked at him and smiled big. He definetely looks like his daddy. Later, Nick walked carefully inside the room with Selena behind her. '' Hey, Kevin make it? '' I whispered and he shook his head. '' No, but he said he'll come tomorrow, maybe '' He replied and I nodded. '' Oh my goodness, he's so cute '' Selena smiled and played with his tiny fingers. '' Did you named him? '' She asked. '' Not yet '' i smiled. '' My God, he's just like you'' she looked at me. '' Poor dems '' Nick said and i chuckled. '' where's Marie? '' I asked. '' Grandma'' Nick said. '' Ohh ''

30 minutes later, nick and selena were talking on the other side of the room while i sat there, holding mini me and looking at demi. Right there, she opened her eyes slowly. '' yay '' I whispered and she looked at me. '' hi '' she said with a tired voice. '' how you feeling? '' I asked. '' Im ok '' she said and looked at the baby. ''can i hold him? '' she asked and i nodded, standing up carefully and laying him on her arms. '' Hey Adam '' she smiled.
