Encounter

"I'm giving you a chance to run before it's too late!"

Shoto's pov: I looked at my pheromone device and saw 2 dots in my area I decided follow the one who was still moving around. I pushed call on microphone set.

"Where are you oijiro?" I said getting my weapon ready as was to encounter another one of these monsters.

"I'm on the trail of vampire right now,he's warned his other comrade so I'm in pursuit sir! Stop in name of the law!"

"Remember do not kill,only immobilize"

"Right!"

I commed out and glared at the busted up door in front of me,I kicked it open and scanned the area,he must be hiding like the first... best be on my gaurd.

"I know you're here! come out or face the consequences!" This vampire must have been able to sense my presence because he threw me again the wall.

"No hard feelings buddy but i can't afford to be caught" he smirked. Using my quirk,I tried to put some distance between us but he smashed through my walls of ice.

"Your not someone to be taken lightly" I said giving him a glare. He smirked,showing off his sharp teeth.

Looks like I was in for a fight.

Izuku's pov: I quickly dashed down the hall clumsily dodging stun bullets as they flew passed my head. " Stop! don't make me resort to using the real thing!" said the agent behind me. I was glad I was able to warn Denki before he got spotted,now he can help Bakugou and find Kirishima and hopefully sneak out undetected by the other agent.

*You fool! A living meal is right there and you choose to runaway like a coward!* said a voice in my head.

"I've told you before I don't feed on humans!" I shot back.

The voice scoffed. *If this blood raid fails you'll be forced to drink animal blood and that will not silence this hunger! nor will it silence me!*

"I could never hunt humans,it's not right!" I whimpered rounding the corner of the hallway.

*Say that to the vampire who preyed on you in the dark of the night and turned you into the beast you disgust!* I shook my head,my heart throbbed in my chest and my stomach growled louder.

I never wanted to be like this! I'm an outcast to both human and vampire society,I never want to hurt anyone!,I never want use someone else to survive! I just want to belong somewhere!

*Wouldn't it be easier to let go?*

"Shut up!"

*I'll make it quick! you won't feel  thing after you feed!*

"I said shut up!" I could hear the agent's gun fire round after round. A bullet hit my shoulder.
I grunted in pain as i stumbled onto the ground,clenching my shoulder.

*you have been shot---give up Izuku, i've won*

The agent stormed up to me,his gun clocked. "If you move,i'll shoot" he growled.

A cackle rung out of my throat and the agent flinched.

"Then shoot me" I chuckled. What the hell was going on?!
I wasn't saying these words!

"I said don't move!" His tail flicked from behind him and connected with my face and I was sent flying.

"Ooow that hurt~" I mocked peeling myself out of the mess of file cabinets that i had crashed into. "Is that all? I thought you agents were trained better than this"

I popped my neck. "I'll admit that did some damage" I said wiping the blood off my forehead. My voice my was a bit higher and and came out sly like a snake. The agent aimed his gun at me and tried to shoot-----no bullets.

"Awwww what's the matter? Out of bullets? too bad" I lunged at him with full speed, kicking him into a wall.

"Todoroki! i need back up" said the agent into his head piece.

For a split second i had gained control of my body and crumbled to the ground.
"Run!! get out of here" I begged tears forming at the edge of my eyes.

The agent pulled himself together and made a mad dash in the other direction.

*I'm sorry Izuku but this for your own good we need to feed* Said the voice taking control of my body once again. "Oh Mr. Agent~~" my body moved at lightning speed which i could never do before,i met up with him. "I'm hungryyyy~~"

Shoto's pov: Dammit!

Dashing down the fimaliar hallways, I follow the sounds of crashing and booming. The vampire i was currently fighting had gotten away and oijiro needed back up.

I commed into my head piece.
"Oijiro talk to me!"
Nothing but static.
As the noises grew closer i readied my quirk as I rounded the corner. "Oij--"
A vampire had his fangs just about sunk in my partner's neck. Drinking like he hadn't eaten in weeks.

With a blast of my quirk,I blew him back with my ice. I checked my partner for a pulse,he was still alive.

"You bastard! I'm gonna make you pay!" I spiked ice walking up to him.
"Pl-please" choked out the vampire struggling to stand up.
"It's too late for mercy you beast" I spat.
He glared at me with weak, hungry, and begging eyes.
"I've gained control of my actions!,f-for how long I don't know!" he gasped tears now falling down his bloody cheeks.

"What are you talking about? If your trying to get away I won't let you!"

He shook his head biting his lip.

"I-i didn't mean to hurt your partner i've been trying so hard to not feed on you humans,to the point where I've starved myself!"

He's been starving himself?
why not just get a blood plan like ever other civilized vampire?

"I-i don't expect you to believe me...but I'm giving you a chance to run before it's too late!"

The look in his struggling eyes told me he wasn't lying and he really wanted to let us go.

I looked at oijiro who was barely alive. "And you'll keep your word?" I asked letting my quirk manifest into nothing.
He nodded.

"Hurry before i lose control again!" I grabbed Oijiro and hoisted him over my shoulder glancing at the struggling vampire who ran in the other direction.

I made it out quickly,Chief Ida and a medic had arrived.
"Todoroki what happened? where are the vampires?" He asked.
"They all got away from me sir,Oijiro needs to be rushed to a hospital"
A medic took Oijiro away from me and headed off to the hospital.

"Get some rest Todoroki,i need a written report about the event that has occurred here today on my desk by Wednesday!" Said Chief Ida heading into the crime scene.

With a sigh i walked to my car and started the ignition. I went over the events of what happened tonight...more importantly about  the young vampire who willfully spared our lives.
