after wandering around for fifteen minutes, the boys ended up in y/n's section of the museum. the level above where the main floor was had been split in half. it was y/n and minsung's displays, their own artwork and photographs up on the wall with a portrait of the artists and a short biography.
chan looked at the handwritten biography below y/n's portrait.
"she was only twelve when she joined underground seoul?" he read, a small sound of amazement following.
"it's only because i got caught graffitiing and hyungseok got me out."
the eight turned around at the female voice and some of their eyes widened.
"ah, you're kang y/n!" minho smiled at the girl.
"that i am!" she grinned right back and looked at the others. "oh, hey, aren't you changbin? it was your birthday a little while ago, right?"
changbin, flustered that she remembered him, nodded and tried to play it cool. "yeah, that's me. thanks, by the way."
"no problem! how are you guys liking the event so far? nothing really exciting happened yet though," y/n trailed off and shrugged.
the only exciting part that happened so far was meeting you, hyunjin thought to himself.
"it's really cool," felix said, and the boys took notice of how y/n was taken back from his deep voice but quickly recovered. "this is our first time here, except for chan hyung and changbin hyung."
"i'm glad you like it—"
"hey, shortie! come downstairs for a second! you're needed!" janghyun cut her off.
he gestured her over from the staircase and y/n shot him a thumbs up before turning back to the boys.
"i'm sorry, hyun's calling. i hope i'll see you guys later!" she waved. "enjoy the show!"
and with that, the pretty girl left, disappearing down the stairs.
changbin stared in the direction she went, "i can't believe she remembered me."
"wow," jeongin said under his breath.
"she wants to see us again!" hyunjin exclaimed while shaking seungmin by his shoulders.
"then let's grant her wish," grinned minho.
