Lila's POV
After about 2 days in the hospital, we could finally go home. I get dressed the I put Jesse in a blue onesie and a tiny white beanie. "Hey," I turn around to see Tal. "Hey," I say. "Look at him, he's so tiny." He says. "Yeah," I say while rubbing his stomach. "I still love him, forever and always." He says "Me too.." I say. Tal rubs my back. I smile. "I love you." I say "I love you too." He says. "You ready?" He says and grabs me and Jesse's bag while I grab my backpack (with computer, charger, phone, charger and extra clothes just in case) and his car seat. "Yeah, let's go home" I say. We head outside to the car. I put Jesse in the backseat and I sit in the backseat with him. "Hey, look at you buddy." I say I grab his hand. His hand wraps around my finger. I kiss his hand. "Do you want to go eat?" Tal asks. "Yeah" I say smiling. We pull up to Olive Garden. "Olive Garden? How did you know?" He smiles "husband and wife telepathy." He winks "oh be quiet." I say laughing. "Let's go inside?" I nod. I get out of the car. "I'll get Jesse." He says "thank you." I smile "you go inside." I nod and walk into Olive Garden. "Hello," someone says "hi," I say "Party of 1?" She asks "no my husband and baby are coming inside." I say "okay so 3?" I smile "he's newborn, sorry." She chuckles "sorry" she says smiling. "It's Okay party of two" I smile. "Okay, once they get here let me know and I'll direct you two..three to you're table." I smile and nod "thank you." I say and sit. Tal walks in the door. "Hey you get us a table?" He asks "Yeah," I say. "Hey, excuse me." I say politely "oh okay, his way" she smiles and guides us. She guides us to a booth. I sit down Tal sits Jesse beside me. And talk sits in front of me. "Aw is this him?" She asks "Yeah, this is Jesse." I say "he's so adorable." She says. "Can I start off you guys with a drink?" She smiles. "Yes, I'll have a water." Tal says "Okay, and for you?" She asks "Same for me," I say. "Okay I'll be right back with your drinks." She says and walks away. "What was that?" Tal says "we talked about the party of people she got confused because of Jesse. She didn't think Jesse would be a newborn until I told her." Tal smiled. "You should make friends with her, I mean you both have that friend bond," I smile "should I?" I smile "You can at least try," he says "Okay," I say. She comes back with our drinks. "Um, I never got your name," I say "Oh it's Emely Rose," she says I smile. "Uh Tal thought we had like a friend bond. Do you want to hang out at the mall next week?" I say. She smiles "yeah sure," she says "okay, I'd just need your number." She says "oh yeah, right." I say. She hands me a piece of paper and a pen. I write down my number and Tal's. "I put down Tal's number just Incase I don't answer my phone." I say "Okay, I'll leave you too I'll be right back to ask you for your order." She says, smiles, then walks away. Well I can say I made a new friend. At least for today.
