Ema chuckled lightly to the girl who was wearing the most beautiful wedding dress she had seen so far, walking in the room nervously, mumbling to run away before the wedding began.
"Everything will be fine. Don't worry so much." She comforted the girl and preventing the girl would really ran away before the wedding began. Her voice seemed had smoothed the girl's nerve a bit. Lydia went to her and grabbed her hands tightly, face filled with anxiety and worry.
"No one tell me this will be so nervous! I don't know what to do! Everything is too overwhelming."
Ema tugged her hair behind her ears, smiling. "Every woman will get nervous before wedding. There's nothing to be worried."
"Just relax and enjoy, Lydia." Ruby who rushed from the USA to London for Lydia's wedding, said. The bride was still too nervous to really listen to them and still mumbling nervously. Ema sighed to her reaction and tried to comfort her with her best. Gina came in just at the right moment.
"Oh Lydia, you look wonderful today!" She smiled and approached them. Ema threw her a nervous glance and the latter smiled, nodded slightly to her.
"Really? I-I don't know. Edgar basically in charge of everything." Lydia smiled nervously and played with her fingers. Gina patted her hands gently and sat next to her on the bed.
"I remember I was so nervous just like you on my first wedding. Everyone just asked me to sit and waited until it's time to go. You don't have to worry so much, we will tell you what to do if you need help." She said. Her words somehow calmed down Lydia and the she finally seemed relaxed a bit. Gina continued telling her previous wedding memory, successfully changed the girl's attention until it was time for them to go to the church.
Gina squeezed Lydia's hand and winked at her, left the room and went back to the guest. Ema held her hand and flashed her a bright smile. They followed the instruction and waited outside the church, Lydia's father stood next to them and seemed as nervous as his daughter. When the door opened and finally the moment came, professor Carlton took a deep breath and held Lydia's hand, led her into the church with Ema holding the hem of the wedding dress behind them.
Ema smiled to the scene professor passed Lydia's hand to Edgar who was smiling brightly and his eyes shined with excitement and extreme happiness. They muttered a few words before Lydia kissed her father on the cheek with teary eyes. The couple exchanged their vows and rings, ended the wedding with a gentle kiss and applause. Ema wiped off her cheerful tears to the wonderful marriage of her best friends and clapped her hands hardly, expressing her happiness for the two.
After the wedding, everyone moved to the outdoor area and enjoyed the rest of the celebration. Ema as the bride's maid, she helped Lydia to change her clothe and remake her makeup before she faced the guests with Edgar. Edgar had prepared a set of dresses for the bride and maid, Lydia in red, Ema in white and Ruby in pink. As the couple expected, once they showed up in the room, everyone immediately approached them with congratulation and some greeting. Ema shook her head to the scene and went to find Gina.
