2 Months Later | August.
"Sometimes I feel like there's nothing more to want from this world after all I've been through. It feels like I'm dead inside. All of the time." Zain chuckled, shaking her head.

"And it makes it worst because I would have never thought that I'd ever be this type of person to carry around this deadened personality. I was always so playful, goofy, bright and positive." She explained to Mrs. Parker; her therapist.

Today was a usual Tuesday morning for Zain. She woke up, got dressed, fixed her morning tea and headed for therapy in downtown Atlanta.

"How did you feel on your birthday? It was last month, July 13th correct?"

Zain nodded slowly, not knowing what her birthday had to do with anything.

"Well, I'm asking because did you feel any type of positive emotion? I know your brother went all out for you."

Zain shrugged. She didn't know what she felt that day.

"It felt like any other day. Literally spending 3 years with no birthday celebration, just constant sex and being forced down onto the bed until they literally beat in your walls. That's what every single one of my birthdays have consisted of in the last three years."

"Nothing special."

Mrs. Parker sighed, not knowing what else to say to Zain.

Mrs. Parker knew that Zain was a tough client of hers.

She was always so nonchalant.

Zain held only one emotion throughout the whole entire session and refused to let anyone see the others.

"Zain, learn how to open up baby girl. That's my challenge for you this week." She said, taking a few notes down in her notepad.

"You're holding these things in, but deep down you want to let them go. I see you won't do it with me, so I don't know what else to tell you, but I've always told you that you can trust me with anything."

Zain nodded, dreading to hear this talk again.

Zain didn't know how to open up to anyone. Not even her own brother.

"Alright Mrs. Parker. I have to get going, my brother is waiting for me outside."

"Thank you again." Zain said before making her way out of the door.

She released a breath she realized she had been holding in and got into her brother's BMW.

"How was it?" He asked, watching his sisters every move.

Zamaré was way more cautious and protective than ever before. He made sure Zain was always straight and content.

He checked up on her literally every second and most times, he was scared to let her out of his sight.

Over the 2 months of getting back into the groove of Zain's old life, she's been slowly accumulating to everything and everyone around her.

She had a lot of support. From Zamaré, to Ky's parents, to Tiara, to Big Rob who still managed to stick around, and many others.
