Remington
I watched as a man her father sent held the love of my life at gunpoint.
I tried to stop him but Sebastian and Emerson held me back in case of him shooting me too.
I watched the tears roll down her cheeks as she closed her eyes, I finally stopped fighting my brothers so they would let go and when they did I made a mad dash for the man holding hazel at gunpoint.
Moments before I got there everything blurred, I got tackled to the ground by Emerson and then..
Bang.
I let out a sob and seconds later I passed out, I can't handle this, I'm not losing her.
Hazel
Bang.
Nothing.
Nothing? I opened my eyes and saw that security tackled the man to the floor and the bullet missed me by an inch.
I then looked around and realized everyone had made it out safely, thank god.
But then I spotted him.
Remington laying on the floor, let out a sob before his body went limp.
I saw his heart breaking in that cry out, he thought I was gone but I'm okay, for now at least.
I ran over to him and Emerson and Sebastian and they embraced me in a hug while I held Remington.
Security then pulled Emerson and Sebastian away so they could talk to the police and let me calm down.
Austin came over and hugged me and helped bring the limp Remington to a couch in the back room, before joining Emerson and Sebastian.
I sat on the floor next to Remington and sobbed for about twenty minutes and when I finally calmed down I grabbed water for me and rem before returning to him.
I placed down the water and held his hand, before texting Austin to bring me a Tylenol.
When he did I thanked him and he left and I took it.
As I was turned around I heard Remington's voice crack as he said my name.
I turned around and he stood up on the other side of the room, I ran towards him and he swung me around before holding me tight.
"You're okay" He sobbed into my hair and I smiled against his chest, "I'm okay" I said.
"I thought you- you were shot, I- I thought I wasn't gonna se-e y-you again" he said still holding me tight.
