Silver Paws eyes gleamed as the clan shouted her new apprentice name. She jumped of the high rock, to be greeted by licks and congrats. She dasehd after her mentor, she wanted to know when her traing would begin but was cut off by the crowd.
She walked to the apprentice den dissapointed she couldn't know when she would begin her training. She turned around to see her friend Shadow Paw coming towards her.
He licked her cheek. "How does it fell to be an appretince?", he asked with a grin. Silver Paw purred at him. "Its amazing!", she exclaimed. Shadow Paw laughed. You should go to sleep training starts at sun-high. Silver Paw noded and walked to a nest. She felt warmth next to her. A sweet familiar scent filled her nostrils. She let herself fall into a deep sleep with Shadow Paw at her side.
She woke up by a yowl from Shadow Paw. She sprang up alert her fur fluffed twice her size. He laughed and brush his tail to her's. She glared him. Silver Paw began to groom herself. Why does he have to be so annoying!, she thought. Silver Paw walked out of the apprentice den Shadow Paw at her side.
Her eyes gleamed as she walked to the training hollow. Silver Paw talked with Shadow Paw till their mentors arrived.
She thumped her tail impatient, starring at the entrance. Then she saw a cat go inside. She stood up but then realized it was the apprentice Shadow Paw warned her about. Frost Paw... She looked away when he glanced at her. She saw Shadow Paw's fur Bristle. She giggled at him. Finally after waiting so long their mentors.
This isn't what i expected, Thought Silver Paw. She raced through the forest at her mentors side as she told Silver Paw about the borders. When she got back to camp she picked up a thin rabbit and went to the apprentice den.
She saw Frost Paw laying down eating a vole. She knew what Shadow Paw told her but she didn't want to be lonely. She padded over to him and flinched when he saw how hostile his eyes looked. "What do you want", Frost Paw snarled. "I-I I didn't want t-to be alone s-so i thought...,she trailed off. He snorted amused.
"Aren't you friends with Shadow Paw", he hissed. She tilted her head confused. "Are you mouse brained!", he snarled. "You follow Shadow Paw, so you despise me!", Frost Paw said his eyes blazing with fury and pain. Her fur britsled in fury. "Just cause I'm friends with Shadow Paw doesn't mean i can't be your friend!", Silver Paw snarled furious. She turned away her tail held high.
