"Akela, hello?"

Rubi said waiting for an answer, Brandon looked down at akela and he noticed something seemed off right now

"you ok?"

He asked and she slowly shook her head no and as her chest started to move up and back down faster and her breathing was unsteady
he knew she needed her inhaler

"Where's your inhaler?"

"Hey, you ok? Oh my god"

Rubi rushes up to Akela asking her what's wrong moving Brandon aside

"I-inside"

She whispered it, pointing towards her house

he grabbed her keys from her hand, rushing inside going up to her room looking for her inhaler. He found it in her night stand grabbing it

He ran down the stairs, jumping the last couple of steps and he saw her in the couch and Rubi was closing the door

He sat next to her, giving her the inhaler

She placed it between her lips and pressed down on the canister.

Rubi came back sitting next to Akela on the other side as she brought Akela closer to her

"Your ok now?"

Rubi asked and she nodded

Brandon wanted to say something but at the same time he wasn't going to

"Well uh...I'll be on my way out now. Take care Akela, you to-"

"Rubi"

She cut him off as he was gonna say her name actually

"Rubi, yeah"

He gave them a small smile before heading to the door

He walked outside, walking himself home because he remembered that they actually live like 5 minutes away from each other

"Brandon"

He heard Akela say, as he turned around and saw her walking up to him, hugging him

"Thank you so much, for everything"

She whispered into his chest and he smiled a bit hugging her back of course

"Anything for you ok, you keep that smile up for me alright"

He whispered back and she nodded

"And like I said, I'll try to come tomorrow, and if-"

"Don't worry, if you do come she won't be here. I'll talk to her right now. Either way she'll understand and then pretend like this never even happened"

She said and he just nodded, but that wasn't really what he was going to say

"Alright then my lady.."
