Thirteen

It was the next morning and the two were still asleep, and it was pretty late now...

1:20 pm

Akela being the one to wake up first, her eyes slowly open adjusting to the bright light from the sun now.

As she was about to get out of bed she felt Brandon's arms wrapped around her, not knowing it's him just yet

Until she slowly looks up and notices it was him

Oh my god...oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god! Why is Brandon- Wait! Oh my god, when did he get here? Was I asleep? Or...oh my god I was probably half asleep if he woke me up, wait

"Yes you were half asleep"

She heard Brandon say, she thought out loud

"Sorry to wake you, and sorry again...for-"

"Don't apologize, it's ok."

Brandon laughed a bit rubbing his eyes then looking at her

"I never really have seen you without your glasses before"

Akela said holding herself up now with her elbows

"Well probably because I'm really blind and can't leave without my glasses"

He said sarcastically, shaking his head

"I know that, obviously"

She jokingly pushed his arm, making him laugh as he got his glasses

Akela sat up, looking for her slides

"So when did you get here sir?"

"Around 11 almost midnight and please don't call me sir"

He said just looking at her and she laughed

"It's funny though, but how'd you-"

"Your door was open, again! And I was looking for and you were here asleep obviously, I accidentally woke you up but you were half asleep, then I told you that I'll come back tomorrow but you told me to stay cause you thought I wasn't going to come back. So I stayed and I was going to sleep on the floor but you told me to get up here"

Brandon finally sat up just staying there waiting for Akela to get out the restroom cause she did go in there but she left the door slightly open so she can still hear him

"Oh...I did? Ha...I don't remember that. But um, are you gonna leave right now or are you"

She asked while getting out the restroom now with her sweater off cause it was hot, and she was just in her pajamas shorts and some t-shirt.

"What? Oh! N-no...I mean, I haven't gotten any texts I-I think"

Brandon looked away from Akela quick as she said that...

Let's just say arreaga over here was checking out Akela as she was walking out the restroom

He looked around for his phone, just thinking that she didn't see...

"Phones are next to you"

She said walking over grabbing it and handing it to him

She stood in front of him waiting for him to grab it as he just looked up, to her eyes but then just took the phone

He cleared his throat just unlocking it and going to his messages

"So they did huh?"

She asked as she got her phone

"W-What?"

Brandon looked up at her as she sat next to him and chuckled

"B, You good? Your like not keeping up with me or something"
