Aklea was picking her things up as Alex helped
"I hate this"
"Well that's what happens when you give some bad attitude to a scary woman"
Akela joked, laughing and so did he, then her phone started to ring
"Hey I never got to say bye to Brandon yesterday and your phone is ringing lea"
Akela looked up then turned to where she had left her phone and saw it was Brandon calling
"Speaking Of"
Akela showed him that it was Brandon and he just ran towards her phone and got it, answering it while he ran away
"Hi Brandon, this is Alex. Akelas younger brother."
Alex said through the phone with a smile on his face
"Alex give me back my phone"
Akela called but he didn't answer
"Oh hey buddy, how's your day been going?"
He asked and Alex sighed
"Well I got grounded yesterday, which caused my scary mom not to let me go to my friend Josh's house for his party so now I'm stuck here with my pathetic sister cleaning the house. How about you, Brandon"
"Hey don't call your sister pathetic, and my day has been going pretty well"
Brandon said trying not to laugh at the fact that he literally called akela pathetic. While Akela was knocking on his bedroom door waiting for him to open it because Alex locked himself in there
"Of course you don't think she's a horrible person. Anyways do you want to talk to her? She's being quiet annoying right now"
He said just moving the phone towards the door where she was just knocking and telling him to open the door or to hand back the phone
"Yeah, let me talk to her"
Brandon chuckled once he heard akela
"Ok then"
Alex opened the door and gave her phone back
"Here, don't wait for me to help you clean the rest of the living room, I'm grounded anyway and have to stay in my room so bye now"
He smiled closing the door once again
"Hello? I'm sorry about my brother"
"No no, it's all good. It was nice to talk to him"
Brandon chuckled again as akela just rolled her eyes walking downstairs putting him on speaker so she can finish up
B: "So I'm taking it as that you can't come back, because you're taking care of Alex"
A: "Sadly, but there's nothing I can do about it."
B: "ok wait, what can't he do?"
A:" um, can't have any of his electronics...that's basically it. I mean yesterday night he had to stay in his room but my mom took that away now"
