it was the next day and Akela and Brandon haven't really said anything to each other after he left the restroom.

Yeah, once Akela had gone out everyone talked to her to make sure she's all good and she obviously lied to not make anyone worry, her and Brandon said some words to each other but nothing more, they both didn't like this tension between them but when one of them wanted to talk about it or fix it someone just had to barge in.

But now, Akela was finally back at her house, alone on her computer playing games

And for Brandon well, just back at his house doing some music. But from this day they haven't said a word to each other.

The sound of akelas phone rang a couple times as it popped up on her computer as well but she wasn't looking at it since the game she was playing couldn't be paused
